Rainbow – Beautiful cabin in the mountains

Rainbow is on the river and rustic in its furnishings. It's accessible to all the amenities on the property. The cabin easily sleeps five and has been updated in recent years. It is excellent for a family vacation. It is comfortable and homey. Hunters, fishermen, hikers, skiers, snowmobilers, and newlyweds have stayed with us. Rainbow features a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, satellite TV, and WiFi. Rainbow sleeps up to four adults and 3 children. The master bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom contains one bunk bed and a twin bed. This lovely cabin is close to the lower glen.

Another Great Labor Day Weekend with Family

Reviewer Comments: Just enjoyed the 19th year of Labor Day Weekend with family (we have 4-5 cabins worth of people each year) and Glen Eden wouldn't be the same anywhere else. It's a truly beautiful spot and the cabins are home away from home comfy. Can't wait for next year!

Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful area of CO! Our stay there soon became more pleasure than work. We loved this 2 bedroom duplex condo with 2 full baths and kitchen. The picnic table and grill along the running creek side were perfect. Then hot tub, pool, playground & hiking trail added to nearby ice cream shop, local grocery , and lake restaurant. We will return!

Rainbow Cabin -Beautiful Surroundings, updates needed!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Rainbow Cabin sits right next to the river and affords the serenity of a flowing river throughout my stay. The cabin beds are rock hard and the plastic shower and tub liners are 18" short causing water issues when showering. Bathtub faucet is temperamental and loud. Cabin needs updating inside. Grill is rusted and should be thrown out.

Needs Some Love

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs help! The furniture is heavily worn and the mattresses are hard. It is not well stocked at all - salt and pepper, that's it! No coffee filters, no lids for pans, no extra blankets or pillows. Knives are dangerously dull, light under the microwave is so coated with junk it barely lights up. The b-room vanity is falling apart in the spare bathroom, and the main bath sink didn't drain well. Cleanliness was an issue too, with pink mold on the shower curtain, stains on the comforters, and sticky stuff on lamps. The welcome folder talks about a "smart TV", not the case. Front desk went out of their way to bring us a Roku. We liked the complex, but would not stay in the Rainbow unit again, unless the owners step it up.
