Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at Riverhouse. Love the river sounds & views out back. Sometimes you'll see an eagle flying through. Cabin as described. Very clean. Newer carpet & LVP flooring is nice. Fireplace is just an open grate, no gas or electric insert as in other cabins. Stash of firewood would have been nice. Would stay here again. Guests from northern Colorado, not Irvine, CA as you have listed!

Sweet Getaway

We stayed at Riverhouse on a trip to Steamboat. We were meeting a friend who had a small dog and needed a pet friendly rental. We were so pleased to find Riverhouse! It is an adorable cabin with a real fireplace, lots of comfortable seating and super well stocked kitchen. Thanks for a relaxing visit to Colorado.

Peaceful

The only reason I didnā€™t give 5 stars was because I was unaware that this cabin was inhabited with dogs. Being an asthmatic and allergic to dogs, I spent the 3 days coughing. We were already unpacked and it was too much trouble to move. I wish that was made known on the front page of the rental., otherwise it was a peaceful stay.
