Nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street of a historic Atlanta neighborhood, my duplex home is the perfect urban getaway. You will love all the space, comfort, huge backyard and the proximity to everything ATL has to offer! Great for business travelers and families! Short walk to Emory (0.5mi) and the CDC (1.3mi).

This is for both units of the Duplex. We offer 7 real queen beds and 1 sleeper sofa.

UPPER LEVEL
My home is in a quiet street. The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There are multiple living and dining areas in the home. Each room has a flat screen TV - all with Smart technology. The third bedroom has a large desk with a printer. The couch can be used as bed with a mattress pad. The house has a washer/dryer in the garage for your use.

This is a great place to stay for families - can provide a pack-and-play upon request.

The kitchen is spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite countertop.

You will love the 3 beautiful indoor living areas with tons of seating. And you will be sure to enjoy lounging on the patio overlooking your own personal massive backyard.

You will be able to park your cars in the attached garage and driveway, as well as park any additional cars on the street.

LOWER LEVEL
This is a bright garden level living space which offers a highly equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with dressers and ceiling fans and two full bathrooms with tub and shower.

Bedroom 1 has 2 Queen beds with blinds and curtains.

Bedroom 2 has 1 Queen bed with blinds, a large closet.

Bedroom 3 has 1 Queen bed with blinds, a large closet and TV

Living room has a TV and Queen sofa bed. We even have toys and a bed for your family pup!

Walk out patio with seating and gas grill.

Guests will have the entire main floor and the expansive patio + backyard all to yourself as your peaceful getaway within the Atlanta city limits.

You will also be able to use the garage to park a vehicle, if need be.

Emory Village is .7 miles from our place. Easily walk to restaurants. This is a lovely safe neighborhood 1.5 miles from Emory Hospital.

My house is a short walk to Emory University, CDC, Emory Village and Emory Pointe as well as major intersections of Clifton @ N. Decatur and Clifton @ Briarcliff.

You will park in the attached garage and on the driveway. If you have more than 2 vehicles, I will provide a parking permits to park 1 additional vehicle on the street.

While we sleep 16 people, we do not park 16 cars. Think about how many cars your group will have and discuss that with us. We can park 1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway and 2 on the street.

Pet fees apply. Keep in mind that since this is a pet-friendly home, it is not suitable for guests with animal allergies.

Make sure to return the garage door opener if you borrow it.

No parties and no smoking.
