House Rules & Notes

* Up to 2 dogs allowed (please see list of restrictions below). Dogs are the ONLY animals allowed on the property. No cats or other animals allowed.

* 2-night minimum

* NO smoking

* NO parties

* Up to 10 registered guests and NO additional guests

* Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM

* No last-minute cancellations - please check the cancellation policy

We love our furry guests and know pets are part of the family! To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, there are a few breed restrictions in place per our insurance policy.

The following breeds (and any mixes that include them) are not permitted:

- Akita

- American Staffordshire Terrier

- Bull Mastiff

- Chow

- Doberman Pinscher

- Pit Bull

- Presa Canario

- Rottweiler

- German Shepherd

- Wolf Hybrid

We’re also unable to accommodate:

Any dog mixed with one or more of the breeds listed above

Any dog with a known history of biting, aggression, or causing injury
