Loved our stay here. We stayed with our two teenage girls, and it was a great fit for our family. The condo was clean and comfortable, with an absolutely beautiful balcony view and gorgeous sunsets. We spent so much time out there just enjoying the ocean. The location was also a huge plus — right on the beach and an easy walk to Pier Park. We always felt very safe, and Janet was a pleasure to work with. Everything about our stay was easy and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach Trip

The property looked just as it was listed. The beds were comfortable and the property was clean. The property staff was very nice which made the check in process easy. Being close to everything was a plus. We enjoyed waking up to the beach view. I would definitely recommend this property to someone looking for comfort with minimal travel to the local favorites.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this condo. More than enough room, it’s up to date, clean, and air works great. Condo has everything we needed for the week. Elevators were promptly, and access to stairs were easily accessible. The owner was great, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend staying at this 5th floor condo.

Beautiful home away from home!

We LOVED this property! It was very clean, well stocked, and looked exactly as advertised (actually better). I loved the hot tub and being able to view the beach from the deck, and how the property is conveniently located to everything. We will stay here again for sure.

Great week with our kids!

We loved this condo! The location (5th floor) was great when the elevator got a little busy we could take the stairs. The decor was so nice and welcoming, beds were sooo comfortable!! Condo also had anything you could need and some extras, we would definitely stay here again!!

Fun summer vacay

This property is amazing! It is so comfortable, clean and cutely decorated!!! The view is wonderful and the owner was fantastic to communicate with! The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed every minute! I will definitely be back!

Can’t Beat the View

A bunch of my family and I stayed in a few different condos in this same building. They were all nice but we agreed this unit had the nicest decor. Great location too and you can’t beat the view.

Beachy Beautiful

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful. The host made communication and our experience easy and organized. The condo was decorated so nice and had a beachy feel to it. The condo was nicely organized with all your needs and more. She went above and beyond to make our stay here enjoyable. We would definitely come back and recommend this unit to all.

Wonderful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was very nice. It was exactly what you saw in the photos. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Location is very convenient. We enjoyed it being close to the elevator and stairs. Did not hear any elevator noise at all. Stairs came in handy (since we were only on the 5th floor) when the elevator’s were busy. Being located on the 5th floor was great, we do not like staying too high up so it was perfect location. We would definitely stay here again.

End of Summer family vacation

Everything about our stay was wonderful ! The condo was picture perfect , the proximity of everything was very convenient, our host Janet was very responsive and kind ! Home away from Home

The pictures are exactly as given, as soon as we walked in the door, we felt at home. The furniture was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We have been visiting this area for MANY years and we feel that this condo was one of the best and look forward to staying there again - Thank you Janet!!!

Great place for the family!

The owner was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. The condo was clean and very nice. It fit 8 comfortably. The view was perfect. The beach service is great to have. Pool and hot tub are clean and spacious. We will definitely be back!

The property was lovely...very comfortable and the view from the balcony was outstanding. Kitchen is well equipped......may I suggest checking the cookie sheets and replacing them!

Christmas Break

We enjoyed our stay so much, loved the condo and the amazing views. There were nice touches we appreciated like games to play and beach toys and chairs to use. Janet was so great to communicate with as well. The location was great, it seemed like a more quiet area of PCB. Good restaurants within walking distance, and the heated pool and hot tub were so nice. We are already planning our next trip back.

Wonderful Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Beaty Condo at Sterling Breeze Resort. The 5th floor view of the Gulf was awesome. The Condo was beautifully decorated with all necessary aminities. Perfect location for shopping and eating out. Security was very present to add a feeling of safety! We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!! TWG Aug 5th , 2016 thru Aug 8th, 2016

We’ll be back again!

We have stayed in several units at Sterling breeze and so far this unit has been our favorite! It’s nicely updated and fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals all week! The extra beach supplies were a nice touch. The building is undergoing some changes but we’ll be back next year and can’t wait to see the new bar!

My husband and I grew up near by and remember looking forward to our summer vacations going to the beach, playing in the sand and floating in the gulf. We both dreamed of owning our own beach place someday. Well it took a while but here we are. Hope you will enjoy the beach and all Sterling Breeze has to offer as much as we do.

We chose Sterling Breeze because it was a small boutique style Gulf front property located just a short walk from all the resturants, shops, and fishing at Pier Park. It's also only a 10 minute drive from the new International Airport. We love being on the 5th floor and having a large balcony with table and chairs and a barbeque grill. Also sliding glass doors and the views from the grandroom and master bedroom. Master bathroom comes with double vainites and huge walk in tile shower. We love everything about it.

Sterling Breeze offers a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the gulf, a gulf front infinity pool and spa with fiber optic lighting, pool side cafe and wine bar, natural stone firepit, beach service and chair rental, waverunner rentals, banana boat rental, and sailboat rentals. Also there is a street walkover and covered parking. Nearby you can take a tour to Shell Island, spend a day at the water park, and the kids will love going on the Pirate Boat adventure ship.
