Spanning seven levels, this home has maximized views and privacy in every room and guest suite. The entryway leads into the great room where you will find the open-concept kitchen, dining and living area; complete with a large television. Surrounded by picture windows with panoramic views, you can enjoy the beauty of Huatulco's tropical seaside setting inside and out! The great room area leads to an outdoor terrace with a dining table where you can enjoy dinners in the warm tropical evening weather.

One level down from the main floor, you will find two guest suites each with full ensuite bath and terrace access. One level down from the guest suites, you will find the entryway to the stunning infinity edge swimming pool, overlooking the Pacific shores. The pool area offers sun loungers where you can enjoy a good book or an afternoon poolside siesta.

The additional guest suite is located one level above the great room, where you will find a queen bed, private ensuite bath and outdoor terrace. The spacious master suite is located on the upper level of this expansive home offering a king bed, private outdoor terrace, large walk-in closet and ensuite bath.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
