Enjoy the Texas sun at Beach Rays. This gorgeous beachside home is located in Sunny Beach in Galveston, Texas. Recently built, this three bed, two bath home offers spacious living for all to enjoy and relax on their vacation, including your pets at this pet friendly home.

Enjoy the fresh coastal air from the balcony with a refreshing cocktail in hand, with plenty of room for the whole family to come out and enjoy. Have a cookout with the charcoal grill available to you to create fresh, delicious meals. After the sun has set, enjoy company around the fire pit or toast a few smores for some fun!

Retreat inside for some relaxation. The open floor plan allows everyone to be together while enjoying different activities. Amazing company to work with

The management compant was excellent! I actually did not get to stay in this exact property, but they let me know of a maintenance issue ahead of time and helped me move to an EXCELLENT property that was close. The property was good but service level was better!

There is no beach view, but we knew that. The house is cute. The key was our biggest obstacle. Terribly hard to get to work. And that’s with several of us trying. The living room doors do not open. Many of the lights with the fans do not work. There are absolutely no shades or blinds so you are there for the neighborhood to see when it gets dark. Many of the doors are difficult… However, upon arrival, the doors in the front top floor were wide open. We arrived 10 minutes before four and I was checking with management about the code. Apparently if I were to check in 10 minutes early, I would be charged 50. So we sat in our car for 10 minutes. Both shower curtain rods are a downward curve so the curtains never stretched to the ends of the shower. The hooks all slide to the middle, leaving it open for water on the floor. Not sure whose idea that was. Exterior lights did not work on the first floor. The Wi-Fi network & password I was sent was incorrect. We finally located the right one behind the router. It’s a cute house for the money, but too many maintenance issues that need to be taken care of here.

Great Location

The house is great and clean. The bedrooms were nice. Kids loved the bunkroom. There are no blinds on any windows so we improvised some shades where needed. The living/dining/kitchen area was nice and open. The balconies were great. The location is a big positive - short walk to the beach and short drive to the seawall and strand. The house advertises a grill on site. There was no grill. I asked ahead of time what kind of grill they had and was told directly, "it is a charcoal grill, I am responsible for providing the charcoal." We had plans to grill and came ready with all the food and supplies we needed. I reached out within the hour we arrived that the grill was not there. I received messages back saying it would be looked into it and that a grill would be provided. The following day, I reached out again via the message center, text and call, they said they would have somebody out to assess the issue, nobody came. A grill never came. Also, there was no wifi. The network I was told to connect to and provided a password for did not exist. Again, I reached out multiple times. I received no additional communication.
