Whether you're hanging out on one of the area's scenic beaches, or kicking it back by the glimmering waters of the shared pool - fun in the sun is inevitable! Also nearby, catch a thrill at the Chute 'Em Up Parasailing/ Port A Parasail, Red Dragon Pirate Cruises, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, and Mustang Island State Park. Furry companions are welcome to join in on the fun to help make memories that last!

Inside your retreat, whimsical, nautical-themed decor lines every room. Gather together in the spacious living room on comfortable seating while tuning into your favorite shows. Or, play chef in the well-equipped kitchen amongst the gleaming granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining as a family will come naturally at the large formal dining table, or at the breakfast bar.

Each of the bedrooms are bright, airy, and welcoming with soft color palettes, even softer bedding, and cool air - thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and a balcony round out the home's excellent perks!

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
