Make yourself at home as you enter the living space with sweeping water views! Enjoy the screened in porch overlooking Seneca Lake and relax enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of local Finger Lakes wine. The private front yard is yours to enjoy with your own fire pit overlooking the water from above. There are lawn chairs and firewood available for your use. Off the screened in porch, step out to the side deck where you can BBQ your favorite foods on the new gas grill.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials including a full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, two coffee makers (drip and french press), crock pot, food processor, blender and lake friendly dishes. The spacious living room is cozy with a large couch (two recliners in couch) and a large reclining chair. Enjoy a seating area to join the others or enjoy your favorite book. There are two separate dining areas (one in the kitchen) and the other in the dining space with spectacular views of the lake.

The space offers two bedrooms (one bedroom with a brand new queen bed and one bedroom with brand new twin bunk-beds). The den/office space is furnished with a full bed. The bathroom is spacious with a large stand-up shower.

Other perks of the home include a large and beautiful dock for swimming and tying up a boat or jet-skis with a covered seating area for dining, relaxing and bird watching. The home also includes a full work-from-home space with a printer and large desk. We also offer 2 yoga mats, 2 stand-up paddle boards, rafts, cornhole and horseshoes for families to enjoy!
