Major renovation complete in January 2020. Brand new kitchen, appliances, tile flooring and fresh new paint. Beautiful Siesta Key Condo at Peppertree Bay. Gulfside unit just a 2 minute walk to the beach and pool. Crescent Beach was voted #2 most beautiful beach in Florida on Travel Channel. You will never run out of exciting things to do! Fishing, exercise room and Tennis Courts on site. Or just relax on the sugar soft sandy beach or go seashell hunting. Beachwalkers paradise, Walk one mile South to the 'Point of Rocks' or head North for a 5 mile round trip beachwalk to the 'Big Pass' on the northern point. Generally a very quiet beach but gets very busy at Spring Break and the July 4th fireworks show. Also Boat Races draw a big crowd for July 4th. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET

Beautiful and clean. So close to beaches, pools, and downtown Siesta Key

Such a great place! Very clean and homey. It is right by the beautiful, clear ocean and white, sandy beach and close to the village. Just a short 5 minute drive. The owners were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Will defininetly visit this paradise again!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience

Great condo, outstanding owner

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 weeks in late July/ early August and had and excellent experience. The condo is on the beach side, about a 3 minute walk from the pool (which is only steps away from the beach). This was our first time renting a private condo and, to be honest we were somewhat reluctant about things initially, but everything turned out great. The unit is exactly as advertised and Steve and his wife are responsible owners and wonderful people. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this condo to others.

Fabulous

This property was our home away from home, the minute we walked in the door we were happy, felt comfortable and we knew we belonged here. We did not have any questions or concerns because we were given so much information before our visit. But, our hosts were always available. The property was familiar to us but wanting to come back, we were so pleased with the townhouse. We celebrated a special occasion with our family and we were ALL pleased. The owners are proud of their place, obviously, from the moment we walked in, we felt that. Anyone that comes here should be proud too and take care of where you are.

Perfect Long Beach Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is beautiful and conveniently located on Siesta Key with private condo beach access. The access has a shower station to rinse off the sand. There is a free trolly that stops right outside the property and takes you to main areas around town. There is a small gym with sauna. A good sized salt water pool with 3’-9’ areas. Outdoor grills and patio seating around the pool. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to stay there for 3+ weeks comfortably. We only needed to bring our clothes and buy groceries.

Much needed R&R

Our stay is Siesta Key was a much needed time for R&R. The condo is well maintained, nicely decorated and we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of supplies that were available. The condo owner was quick to respond to questions. We would definitely consider staying here again and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on Siesta Key

Wonderful condo in a beautiful place

The condo was clean and ready for us to move in on day 1. It had plenty of space of the entire family and met all of our needs. A well stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. The proximity to sand in your toes was a simple 3-5 min walk. Steve was great as well. He was extremely quick to respond to all our questions/issues and was very easy to work with. My family and I loved the condo and look forward to coming back!

The owners of condo were outstanding to communicate with. The unit is so well equipped, freshly updated, clean, organized, turn key, relax, walk the beach, tv, internet all easy to hook up to. I highly recommend a stay.

Fantastic!

My wife and I stayed here the entire month of January 2019 and absolutely loved it! Steve was awesome and very accommodating. The condo was in fantastic shape and has everything you needed to literally just bring your personal belongings and settle in. Roomy, extremely clean and a great host, couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend. We'll be back!

Beautiful home with a great location!

We loved staying in this condo. It was just as the pictures showed. The extra things were such a blessing....the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and lots of others! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way! Clean, beautiful, nicely equipped, superb location!

This property had everything we were looking for. It’s a short, easy walk to the Peppertree private beach access. The beach was never crowded at this location. The facilities had a wonderful swimming pool and fitness room that were also never crowded while we there there. The unit itself is lovely and includes beach chairs, umbrellas, and much more. Steve was fantastic to work with!

Very nice. Comfory

The condo is very well appointed with comfortable beds, showers and kitchen equipment. Steve Cohen was very responsive to our every need. The walk to the beach is just down the driveway and the pool is very nice. Everyone was very friendly. We enjoined our stay and will certainly return. Thank you!!

Very nice townhouse in a great location.

The townhouse was very nice. Well equipped kitchen, beach needs, towels, etc. and comfortable beds. The owner was very helpful whenever there were any issues ( we only had a couple minor things happen, such as an internet outage, and overhead fan malfunction.) The complex is large and well maintained.

Going back to Siesta Key!!!!!

There were 6 of us and we had an amazing time. Weather was beyond fantastic. Broke records for February heat. Awesome beach, pool and chairs for everyone. Our condo had plenty of room for all. Cooked many meals and found fantastic places for seafood foodies. Miguel's was a favorite as was Turtles, Gilligans, Casey key. Close to Sarasota. Visited the Ringling. The Selby Botanical Gardens, drum circle at Siesta beach, booked a moonlight cruise and rented a pontoon for a day. We did it all and cannot wait to return next year. Thanks Steve

Absolutely wonderful condo and owners!

Everything we were looking for - the condo is lovely, large and very well kept with great accommodations. We had five adults and plenty of room. Nice equipped kitchen, VERY comfortable beds and living room furniture. Wonderful 4 season room for morning coffee with two chairs outside overlooking a pond. You are literally a minute walk to the beach down flip flop row. Everyone leaves their shoes on the walk way! Best of all it is not close to public access limiting the amount of guest you have to share the sand with! Nice pool and and great exercise room. Easy access to the village and grocery stores. We will definitely stay here again in the future. The condo owner could not have been nicer and easy to work with. He was quick to respond and made a point of making sure we were checked in and had everything we needed..

Wonderful property! Clean, updated and I can't think of one item the condoWas missing!

The owners made the "check in" super easy and made sure we settled in for our stay. The bathrooms and kitchen were all newly updated and clean. The beds and bedding were comfortable. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys in the closet. The property grounds and pool were immaculate and welcoming. I loved having my morning coffee looking out at the pond and fountain. Already planning my next visit!!

Perfect vacation spot

We had an awesome time staying at this condo on Siesta Key! Everything in the Condo was as advertised. The owner Steve was easy to work with, the Condo was super clean and the location was a 2 minute walk to the beach and pool. Everything seemed fresh and updated and WE CAN"T WAIT to come back next year! I recommend this vacation rental and 5 stars is a no-brainer!!

Fantastic Location and Home

We can't say enough wonderful things about this condo. My Sister-in-Law flew in from South Africa and couldn't believe how lovely the place and location was. The beds were so very comfortable. So much so, we asked were they purchased them. :-) The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything you need for the beach is available for use. Location wise, walk 100 feet, you are at the beach. It is far enough away from the public beach; yet close enough, to walk to the village. Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with on our travel plans and stay. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this condo to any Family looking for a quiet, but incredibly close to the beach, vacation. We have spent Christmas in Siesta Key for 6 years. We have stayed all over the Key. This was the most comfortable accommodations by far!

Perfect family spot

Wonderful Experience

My husband, brother, sister-in-law and I spent 2 months in this condo. We enjoyed our time there so much, that we have already made plans to return next year. The condo is clean, well-maintained, and has all the comforts of home. The master suit is large and all the bathrooms have been remodeled. The complex is situated on Siesta Key Beach, voted #1 in the U.S. There are many amenities: lounge chairs, pool, beautiful community room available for use for large groups. As a bonus, the owner is very attentive and helpful.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal and was only a few minutes walk from the beach and pool. Where this condo complex comes out on the beach, at least when we stayed there, had very few people on the beachfront. You could look down or up just a ways, and it would be packed, but it was very peaceful where we were. Pool was also very nice. Water was very warm, although it was July and August during our stay. The house was nice and clean. Not fancy, but well-equipped and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the room with the bunk beds and the other rooms were nice as well. We did have one plumbing issue while we were there and the owner had it fixed very quickly (in hours) so that it didn't impact our stay at all. He was very good to work with. I would recommend this property.

Great condo!

We had a wonderful stay over the holiday season in this condo on beautiful Siesta Beach. The pictures are exactly what you are getting - no surprises. It was clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the very spacious master bedroom and sitting area with its own T.V. My family was quite impressed with the fitness facility and used it every morning. We liked walking a little more than a mile down the beach to Pointe of Rocks. Lots of interesting and fun things to find. We also liked walking the 2 miles to the Village for warm fresh doughnuts in the morning or dining at one of the many restaurant's for dinner. We rented a pontoon boat just a mile down the road and enjoyed a full day out on the water. WE played on the beach every day and played tennis every night. The condo fit our group of 2 adults and 5 older kids (21-23) very well. Steve was a pleasure to work with. He was efficient and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything. We would definitely recommend this condo!!

Fabulous Find!!

We just got back from staying at this fabulous town home located on what we think is the best beach in Florida by far!! The place is fabulous - great beds, furniture, plenty of room to spread out and incredibly comfortable! The house has all the essentials, laundry in the unit, always a plus. Plenty of towels for the bath and the beach!! Great TVs in all the bedrooms. The sunroom/screened porch (off the dining room and living room) was a favorite of mine in the evening. - EXCELLENT LOCATION AND AMENITIES. There are beach chairs, an umbrella available at the unit, but the complex has its own stack of hotel quality beach lounge chairs located right at the beach, so it's is so wonderful to just walk two minutes thru the parking lot and grab a lounge chair from the stack! The sunsets are AMAZING!!! Really can't recommend this place enough. A group of seven women who grew up together and are now are dispersed across the country got together to celebrate our 50th birthdays! We couldn't have picked a more special place! You will be so psyched that you chose this town home/property!
