Welcome to Trinity at the Lake. This stunning lake home is "the whole package" from expansive views, private beach area, and tons of parking for all family and friends. 5 BR, 3 bath, sleeps 15 with large rooms and is 3800 sq ft. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, marinas etc. and fur babies are welcome! We also offer our South Bay Tritoon Sport boat with 300 hp motor for rental directly from us at dawnbarton dot com.

The space
Beautifully open living room with vaulted wood ceiling, an amazing kitchen which is any cooks dream. There are three bedrooms upstairs - Master bedroom & full bath has a king bed and offers skylights for natural light and plenty of closet space. Second bedroom offers another king bed and the third room has two twin beds and there's another full bath.

Head downstairs where you will be greeted with a huge den, two bedrooms, full bath & AMAZING storage area. First bedroom has a king bed with lake views and walkout patio and second has two queen beds. There is a daybed in the den area with two additional twin beds. The game area has darts, foosball & air hockey.

Then, go outside & relax on screen porch or sun deck to see the amazing views of Lake Martin. We have a SOLO fire pit and several gathering spots. Hang out all day on the little private beach or pier (water depth at pier is 10ft) for LAKE LIFE FUN! Wonderful time & memories with family & friends!

Price includes the use of the kayaks, lilypad & lots of water toys!!

For your safety and security we have security cameras around the outside of the property.

Guest access
Guests will use a unique code sent to them within 72 hours of check-in. You will be able to use this code throughout your stay. There are 6 exterior doors on the house and this code will only allow you into the front door. Please double check and lock all doors before you leave.

Other things to note
***All of the beds feature luxurious sheets my Comphy sheets (they are INCREDIBLE), they are like sleeping in heavenly softness! *** (We also use the house and need a good night of sleep so we went the extra mile with mattresses and sheets.)

Each bedroom has a bedside clock and noise machine.
