**Not pet friendly**

Situated on 18 acres, available to our guests we have our main cabin, a dining gazebo, and a riverside gazebo. The area is well treed in for privacy and a true feeling of an escape. Guests can access hours of private hiking trails along the river and through the forest. An open area next to the cabin is available for lounging and games as well as viewing of the night sky with no light pollution. Canoe and kayaks are provided during your stay so you can explore the York river just 200ft from the cabin.

Our 700 sqft cabin features vaulted ceilings with ample amounts of sunlight for a cozy yet airy feel. It is fully winterized with baseboard heaters and a wood stove.
Guest access
The cabin is located at the end of a well-maintained road and has private parking enough for 3-4 cars. Guests will access the cabin via smart lock with custom key code entry.

DINING GAZEBO
This building may not see much use during the winter seasons, but the dining gazebo next to the cabin features a large space to shelter from bugs and enjoy the outdoors. It features a long harvest style table as well as a propane BBQ that is available for use during the summer time .

RIVERSIDE GAZEBO
Located right next to the York river, this gazebo is the place to be for relaxation. The gazebo features seating, a table, and candles. Anytime of day, the sounds of nature can be found here.

YORK RIVER
A short walk from the cabin you will reach the clean and sandy York river. We have 4 kayaks and 1 three person canoe for our guests. Please note that the water level varies depending on the seasons. The water current might be fast during some days. Please be cautious if you decide to swim in the river.

FIRE
*Please check the local fire-ban regulations during your stay and adhere to the rules as required.*
We have an outdoor bonfire pit and also indoor wood stove available. One bag of wood is provided for your stay along with fire starters.

INFANT & CHILDREN
This space is listed as not suitable for children for the following reasons.
It is up to parents to decide if these factors work for their family:
- River current might be fast depending on the season
- Indoor fireplace that gets hot to touch
- Portable crib not provided
- Not child proof (corners, outlets, cupboards etc.)
