✦ The minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old.

✦ Please ensure you have a valid ID for check-in, as it is mandatory for entry.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have access to the property and amenities according to the following schedule:

✦ Check-in is available from 04:00 pm.

✦ Public or shared fitness center open 24/7, available in the property.

✦ Outdoor shared pool available from June 1 to September 29, opened from 8:00AM to 10:00PM.

There are several additional things to note:

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $300 refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ Pets are welcome. $75 fee per dog per stay. (30 lbs weight limit)

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ Late check outs available until 12 noon for a 35 USD fee.

✦ Early check ins between 2 PM to 4 PM is subject to availability for a fee of 35 USD.
