Welcome to Blue Palm! This newly constructed well-equipped single-family home is located in the brand-new Serenity community. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the home can accommodate up to 8 guests. Best of all there are two master suites which include king beds. The two other bedrooms have queen beds. The home is in close proximately to all of the great amenities in Perdido Key, Florida! The public beach is a short ride to the end of River Road where you will find public parking, unobstructed views and access to one of the finest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico (a little more than ½ mile away). Everything in this house is new! The house is beautifully decorated and has so many wonderful amenities. It has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including two family rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, garage, back porch, propane fire pit and BBQ grill. You're just a short drive to the white sugar sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! You will also be only 5 miles from the famous Flora-Bama!

When you enter the home, you will be on the main living level. This level includes one of the two family rooms with large flat screen smart tv; an open concept living area comfortably furnished with two sofas and large ottoman; a breakfast bar with 4 stools, and a powder room. There is also a separate dining room with room to seat 8. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare tasty meals. The main level also had a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The second level of the house is where you will find 3 additional bedrooms and the second family /game room.

When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf, the home offers 4 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The first master bedroom suite, which is located on the main level has a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen smart tv, walk in closet, dual-vanity master bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There are three guest bedrooms on the upper level. The first guest bedroom is a second master suite furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen smart tv and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second and third guest bedrooms on the upper level both have a queen bed, comfortable bedding and flat screen smart TVs. They shares a full bathroom (with tub/shower combo). On this level you will find the second family room/game room with sofas, video game and large flat screen smart tv. There is also a desk and chair providing a place to keep your laptop. Plenty of space for the kids/teenagers to hang out!

The outdoor area has a covered porch with table and chairs where you can dine or have your morning coffee. There is also a propane BBQ grill and propane fire pit on the backyard patio for you enjoyment.. There is also a private driveway and garage. There is no parking in the street There is room for two cars in the driveway.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) and then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) and then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) and then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day and one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking.
