Please note this home is a completely private home! We offer the house as a 4 bedroom, 3 bedroom, or 2 bedroom to accommodate all family sizes during certain seasons of the year. When renting out the larger room options you will get access codes to easily enter the bedrooms.

This property is as advertised. Great location and walkable to all of downtown Watkins Glen. Awesome front porch with six rocking chairs. Spent a lot of our time out on it with the beautiful weather we had. Owners were very consistent on checking out with us to make sure everything was as expected.

Great, clean home

We had everything we needed. Plenty of towels too, which came in handy for the hot tub, which was in great condition. I will stay here again next time we come to town.

Beautiful but traffic was loud

Great, comfortable, clean place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were many attractions within walking distance, and the place was very clean. When we weren't enjoying the nearby amenities, the kids loved the foosball and air hockey in the game room.

Great weekend stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Watkins Glen! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our girls getaway. The hot tub was a big hit after long days of exploring, and the game room added a fun touch for evenings in. We also loved that it was within walking distance to town—super convenient for grabbing coffee, meals, or just enjoying the local vibe. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in the area!

Great house

We had a great stay at the home. Big house, Comfortable beds, great location to restaurants and bars. Dunkin Donuts right across the street. Owners responded quickly when asking a question. Would highly recommend this house and would definitely be booking again in the future. Five stars.

Weekend in Watkins Glen

We stayed in the primary house. It was everything that we needed for a friend’s weekend with 3 couples. House is within walking distance of the state park and downtown bars and restaurants. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. Would stay there again!

Great stay in Watkins Glen

We spent a long weekend in Watkins Glenn on wine tour and this was the perfect house. It gave us easy access to Seneca Lake, Cayuga Lake and Keueyka Lake. There is also a nice easy walk to the downtown area for restaurants and bars. The house was clean and has lots of room. Our host were always reachable to address any questions we had. We are already looking forward to back next year!

Couples weekend success!

My two sisters and our partners stayed at perfect location in Watkins Glenn for our weekend away. A trip that was suppose to happen 5 years but got postponed due to Covid and then kids finally happened with a beautiful weekend in the beginning of March. The town was fairly empty but extremely welcoming. We were able to walk to get food, hear live music and pick up supplies, with just a short drive to the lake and wineries. The house was spacious, comfortable and fun! Very gracious, communitive hosts and no issues. Hope to come back again soon!

Long Weekend with Friends

Great weekend. Everything was as advertised. Easy check in and check out. Centrally located in Watkins Glen. Walking distance to restaurants and Watkins Glen State Park. Hosts communicated with us through out our stay. Very attentive hosts. They offered several suggestions for entertainment and dinning. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location in Watkins Glen. A very short walk to the State Park and restaurants and very convenient to Watkins Glen International. The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and other essentials and as well as appliances, cutlery, etc. Beds were exceptionally comfortable - 5 queens in all if you rent the entire house and three bathrooms. A nice back yard with grill, hot tub, etc. The host is very accommodating and communication was excellent. I rented this for a track weekend at WGI with 4 other guys. It was perfect for that and would also be a nice place for a family or friends trip to the Finger Lakes region. Highly recommended.

Birthday Trip

Convenient location, easy to walk to restaurants, stores and the park. The house was very clean and well stocked. It was on the main road and the road noise could get very loud. I will say that although the pictures were accurate they did not reflect the age of the house and some of the issues that come along with that. There was very little light, window AC units, uneven floors, uneven door transitions, few outlets, steep stairs. The upstairs living room door overlaps with stairs so that is a safety hazard, the railing around the stairs is really low. All this is really only a problem if you have a mobility issue but is extremely important to be communicated. The upstairs living room does not have a TV. The listing states there are other rentals on the property and the while the hot tub is only available for the main house guests you walk past the other rental door to get to it so when the other renters are outside they are right next to you.
