If you picked Fountain Square for your stay in Indy, we may have guessed that a live music scene, a little bit of a hipster vibe, walkable restaurants, a rooftop bar with the best view of Indy, and quick access to Downtown is what you're after.

Our home is purposely designed to bring you the experience of Livin' like a Rockstar! Our living room, aka The Lounge, is furnished with velvety seating arrangements, perfect for lounging, playing an instrument, or getting lost in an old vinyl album. We've collected all genres of LP records and created a special nook for you to enjoy the authentic sounds of LP from a dedicated Bluetooth-compatible record player. Across from The Lounge, you'll find a 65" 4K UHD Smart TV, a phenomenal Klipsch sound system, and a vintage bar, designed for entertaining or catching a quick game! The kitchen with a countertop and additional seating is just right by the corner, offering more room for hanging out and chit-chat.

You will notice that the arrangements of the downstairs living space are a little less family-oriented (no dining set) and a little more friends-getaway-oriented. However, don't fret if you're traveling with your little ones! The home is equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, two private bedrooms, a private deck off of the Master bedroom, and two full bathrooms. Our covered front porch is perfect for people-watching and can be utilized almost year-round, whereas the fenced-in patio with a BBQ grill, cooking utensils, seating, and fire pit is just the thing to do between May and October in Indianapolis.

The home is professionally cleaned during every stay for your comfort and peace of mind. The full cleaning fee goes back to the staff members. Linens are professionally laundered between each and every stay. No chores or cleaning lists on checkout day - you are on vacation!

DOGS ARE WELCOME! We are animal lovers and had specially gone out of our way to fence the yard to accommodate your fur babies. One small-medium size fur baby is preferred per stay and we ask that you pay a pet fee so we can keep the yard tidy.

Guest access:

Guests have access to the entire house, front and side yard. Smart keypad on the front door with codes changed for every guest.

Other things to note:

Please keep to only ONE dog per stay as we only have a small grassy area for them to use. Small and medium size dogs are preferred since our front fence is only 4-ft tall and may not be suitable for larger/escape-artist dogs. We'd hate it if your vacation is spoiled because your fur baby is uncomfortable.
