Sunny Isles Beach is a city located on a barrier island in northeast Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The City is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. The population is 19,540 approx. It is a booming resort area and developers have invested heavily in the construction of high-rise hotels and condominiums. It is home to many exclusive hotels and condominiums.
Sunny Isles Beach has a central location, minutes from the ultra-luxury Bal Harbour and Bal Harbour Shops and to the south, Collins Avenue runs all the way down to the nightlife on Miami Beach (South Beach).

CONDO HOTEL FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED

The valet is $35 plus taxes of 13% per day.
The resort fee is $25 plus taxes of 13%.
The admin is $16 per day plus taxes of 13%. THOSE FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
The resort may request a deposit, it`s refundable.

No more charges after the 14 th for resort, admin and Valet Fees on 30 days. Fees start accumulating

Just a friendly reminder, during your stay, please follow the house rules: -Treat the apartment like your own house, **** this is not a hotel, it is a private unit.*****
- Try to leave the Unit in the same conditions in which you found it. You will find soap and toilet paper when you arrive, then you will need to provide your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc.) There are several shops located within walking distance.
- Take out the garbage, wash the dishes or put them in the dishwasher already cleaned on your way out. THERE IS A $60 GARBAGE FINE
-Take care of Sheets and Towels (the towels are not to clean the countertop or the kitchen)
-This is a NON-smoking unit! Smoking inside will result in a minimum additional cleaning fee of $200.
-No pets allowed. If we find out you bring a pet, THERE IS A $400 FINE.
-The guest is responsible for any damage in the apartment.
-The rate includes a one-time departure cleaning fee. Guests who leave the premises excessively dirty will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
-Does not include daily maid service. Additional cleaning is available for an additional charge upon request.

-Entrance: after 4:00 p.m.
-Departure time: 11 a.m.
`Upon request Early Check-in Fee $100 starting at 11am - Late Check-out $250 until 2:30pm (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
There is a $75 fine for leaving after 11 AM without notifying

The complex reserves the right of admission and permanence of the guests, being able to expel any guest who is in a situation of non-compliance with the rules of the building. If guests are kicked out for breaking the rules, we are not responsible for that action and no refund will apply. You are duly notified.

Important
on departure everything will be checked.
In the event that the cleaning staff finds damaged objects, blood-stained towels, makeup or others, the guest will be charged the amount corresponding to the replacement of the damaged object. Without exceptions.

Please note that there is currently ongoing construction adjacent to the building, which may result in noise disturbances during certain times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
