• Recreational activities such as access to Swimming pools, Hot tubs, Beach, and Beach conditions can not be guaranteed and are subject to several conditions including but not limited to weather, maintenance, etc.
• Parking: 3 parking places in the driveway (Includes Golf Carts)
• WiFi: Free (available throughout the resort - on the beach, by the pool, and everywhere else!)
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking Policy: Strictly Prohibited (A $600 smoking fee applies to ensure a smoke-free environment.)
• Bed & bath linens: Included
• In-home Entertainment: Each TV includes Cable in each bedroom
• At check-in, you will receive 3 parking passes to be placed on the dash of your vehicle.
• Actual decor in the unit, view, and furniture layout may differ.
• All Guest are responsible for any resort fees acquired during their stay (Guest will be charged for any unpaid resort fees that are subject to a 5 percent charge if left unpaid at the time of departure).

3 Parking Spaces are provided within the driveway only. (Please use Parking Passes provided)

Biking and walking are great to get to and from the beach or resort style pool.

Guests are required to sign a contract in order to use the community amenities and return a signed copy 5 days prior to their stay (Unless exceptions).
The host can not guarantee weather conditions or any recitational amenities.
