A luxurious property by all standards located in the heart of Seacrest Beach on 30A. Right beside Rosemary Beach, Alys and Seacrest Beach all just steps to the deeded beach access. This newly renovated home comes with a large private pool (15X30-can be heated as an additional cost), and hot tub. It has all new modern finishes and all new furnishings with beautiful gulf views off the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. It is very open and spacious at over 4500 sq ft of living area. Saturday to Saturday stay. May to Mid September must be a 7 night stay. Less than 7 nights only in off season. (4 night or more)

Beautiful home in the perfect location!

Our group had the best time staying in Jennifer's home! The proximity to beach access was perfect and made taking the complimentary beach chairs (thanks, Jennifer!) and all of our kids to the beach easy and painless. The home was extremely clean and decorated beautifully and the heated pool was a huge hit with our littles. Jennifer was always quick to respond to any of our questions and very helpful.

Beautiful home!

Everything was exactly as advertised! Plenty of room for our big family and the pool was great since we had a couple of double red flag days during our week. Lots of beach chairs and having umbrellas to use a was bonus! Jennifer was available for any questions and was so responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home with easy beach access!

We loved our time at this home - the location is fantastic! There is access to a private beach just across the road and incredible restaurants and a grocery store are very convenient. The home is well appointed and the beds are very comfortable! The only thing to be aware of is that the hot tub is not an actual hot tub. It can only be the same temperature as the pool - which is limited to 90 degrees. Jennifer was a great host though and very helpful!

Perfect Spring Break

This house is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect location for our family and friends to gather for spring break. The kitchen is very well stocked, so we were able to cook and eat together easily. There was plenty of room for card games and movie watching in the evening, and the private pool was perfect for our group. There are lots of beach chairs we were able to take with us to the beach, and the private access is right across the streetā€”amazing! Jennifer was so easy to reach and was quick to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend this home to anyone, and we hope weā€™re lucky enough to return someday!

Fantastic!

My whole family just stayed at coastal affair in 30A. It was spectacular. The home was clean and well maintained. Jennifer, the property manager, was quick to respond to any issues. The pool was huge and easily accommodated our party of 15! The beach access was nearby and the recommendations for food and entertainment provided by Jennifer were a hit. Will definitely recommend and stay at 30A again!

Donā€™t miss out on this property

There was nothing that wasnā€™t perfect about this trip; the property manager (Jennifer) was so responsive with the multitude of questions I had for her from pre-booking all the way through the last night of our stay. Check in was super easy. The house is awesome, very clean, very modern and tons of space. Pool was fantastic (highly recommend taking the ā€œheated poolā€ option and the pool house was the perfect spot for our teenagers to all share. Beach access is literally 20 yards away and you can walk back and forth from the beach as many times per day as youā€™d like. Really hoping to book it again for next year

Beautiful home with a nice pool to enjoy. Our family had a great time on 30A. Convenient location and easy access to the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms met our needs. The kitchen had a decent supply of pans, plates and glasses. The extra ice maker is a plus. Issues were taken care of promptly.

Beautiful Property!

We have been vacationing at the beach with our ever-growing family for the last 20 years. Next year will be the second time we have stayed at the same property twice. The space, the proximity to everything, the ease of beach access, and the pool checked all the boxes for our kids and grandkids. An amazing amount of storage, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and beautifully decorated rooms awaited our arrival. Jennifer checked in on us and was available immediately to help with any questions. We can't wait to spend Memorial Week 2025 here!

Excellent location with amazing beach access to a very non-crowded beach on 30A. Close to Seaside, Watercolor, Alys, and Rosemary but without all of the traffic. Easy access to Publix as well. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use 30 of them, and they were new. A game room with everything you can imagine for a wonderful family competition. The pool was so refreshing and clean. Many different sleeping arrangements are available, and quiet nooks in the house if neededā€”wonderful views of the gulf from the front of the house. Fully equipped kitchen with everything one could need. Plenty of coffee makers and freezers and fridges.Our family and friends had a nice relaxing time at the beach.

Perfect Family Beach Vacay

This was ideal for our family vacation. The location allowed easy access to the beautiful beach. The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. The house was equipped with everything our group of 11 desired. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the many games provided. We cooked in the spacious and well equipped kitchen. We lounged and read on the shady porches, each furnished with comfy seating. Overall, it was just what we needed for a fun and relaxing beach getaway. Also, Jennifer was easy to work with and really seemed to want to ensure that we enjoyed the place. Iā€™d give it 5 stars!

A week in paradisešŸŒ“

Our family enjoyed every minute in this spacious, beautiful home! It came equipped with everything we needed (8 beach chairs for adults and even 4 childrenā€™s size, extra freezer, ice machine, and the kitchen had everything!) The carriage house was perfect for our late sleepers, and the game room served its purpose in the afternoons to escape the sun. The walk to the beach was easy, and it wasnā€™t crowded. Jennifer was awesome to deal with. We had a problem with the grill, and a new one was delivered the next morning! The welcome bag was a nice surprise too! We would highly recommend staying here, and hope to return again next year. D. Byers

Best vacation and accommodations ever.

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our three children, their spouses and nine grandchildren, ages 7 to 18. The house was exactly as it was presented and was perfect for our group. Everyone had room to spread out or gather as needed and wanted. The proximity to the beach was great and the pool was equally appreciated and utilized. We were all literally back and forth between the beach and pool all day long. The kitchen was well-equipped, and other than grocery store trips, we had no need to leave the property. I cannot say enough good things about our hostess, the property and amenities it provided. Jennifer was always available for any questions we might have, and was always pleasant and happy to help us. I felt like she wanted our stay to be as memorable as we wanted it to be. I would highly recommend this property.

Family trip

The house was wonderful and very accommodating for our large group. Our only issue was with the pool and hot tub and it not really being able to use it as much as we hoped for due to the pool not being consistently warm enough to use. We had to fill up the pool on our first night and from then it took overnight to heat up. After it did warm up, it lost water and had to fill it up again. Therefore it was cold again. The jets In The hot tub were not working correctly and lost a lot of water.. also the propane tank was empty for the table fireplace and we ran out to get our own. We were reimbursed which was great but still slightly inconvenient. We very much appreciated the communication aspect with Jennifer and she was quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
