Welcome to Salty Air Retreat!
A beautiful vacation home that would be perfect for your next family vacation!
This spacious 4 bedroom + bunk room, 3.5 bath home will comfortable sleep 12.
Great location!! Walk to the beach in minutes!

There are TWO master bedrooms - one downstairs and one upstairs - both with a king bed and en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, and a bunk room with four twin XL beds.

A fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals at home.

WiFi and smart TV’s for streaming your favorite shows.

Great outdoor space! Fenced in backyard, covered porch with dining table, private pool with sun shelf, outdoor shower, lounging chairs and gas grill. (Pool can be heated for additional charge during colder months). Outside storage container has several beach chairs and beach toys for our guest to use. There is also a heavy duty cart for carrying all your gear to the beach!

Rental includes beach service: 2 umbrellas & 4 chairs set up for you daily at beach access #16 (March 15-October 15)

Parking right outside your front door!
Driveway will accommodate up to 6 smaller vehicles.

Full size washer and dryer.
Towels, linens and beach towels provided.
Two separate AC units - one for each level.

Several restaurants near by that you can walk to!
15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park at Pier Park. Uber and Lyft are available in PCB.
Walmart and Publix supermarkets are close by and both will DELIVER to your door.

*Renters MUST be 25 years of age

*NO pets

*NO smoking inside property

*NO parties/events/large gatherings allowed

*Property has a Ring Doorbell system with video/audio and is located by the front door.

*This is a self catering property but we do provide starter items for our guest: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, several garbage bags, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 2 dish tabs and sponge, 2 Gain flings, 2 dryer sheets, Liquid dish soap and hands-soap. We also keep several spices and oils in the cabinet including salt and pepper for our guest to use.

*Highchair, Pack-n-Play and booster seat available for use during stay.

**Pool can be heated for a fee of $25 per day of stay or $150 for week.

The property was great, just a very short walk to the beach. Photo is from the backyard with the pool, and BBQ area. The house had every amenity we could ask for to include beach umbrellas and chairs each day.Kristy was great to work with and always very responsive. Thanks so much!

Beautiful Property, Provides everything needed for beach!

Favorite house we have been to. They have thought of everything you need. Hairdryers with attachments in bathrooms, plenty of bath towels, extra fans in each room, hangers in the closets, big pots and blenders, meat thermometer, 3 wagons, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, out door shower, hose, gas grill works great with all utensils, basket full of big beach towels, The host was very helpful, quick responses, and nice. We asked if she can turn the fountains off in the pool and 45 seconds later they were off. Security strap and back door bell for kids going out because of the pool but we had 9 adults so we just unplugged it while we were there. Plenty of seating. Short walk to beach, Nice lighting out back with ceiling fans. Beach wasn’t as busy as we thought it was going to be because we were not in front of huge condos, Fish market 2 min walk away called Surfriders. The pictures are spot on. We texted the host to see if they have any other locations for our future vacations. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Great Vacation with Family

This property is absolutely beautiful!! It's very close to the beach and the pool provides a nice break. It was perfect for us, my kids and grandkids! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a beach vacation!!!

Great Stay!

We were in PCB for the Smooth Jazz music festival and this home was perfect for our 4-person group! We cooked in the kitchen, swam in the pool and took walks down the beach. The house worked out perfectly for us!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay!! The property was beautiful, clean and perfectly located. It was a very short walk to the beach which was beautiful and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and gas stations. Property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Great House in PCB

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful and really had all you needed. Home was plenty big for our family of 10. Provided wagons and plenty of toys for the beach. The walk is a very quick 3 minute walk....there are about 5 steps to get onto the beach from the public beach access, otherwise flat. The pool was so nice to have in the backyard. Big enough for our young kids to play when they didn't want to venture to the beach. Cornhole was also an added bonus that many beach houses do not have. We had problems with the refrigerator our first night, messaged the host, and they were at the house within an hour to address the problem late at night. Had no problems after that. Would definitely stay again.

This property was absolutely stunning. I have never felt more at home on a vacation. Kristy is quite possibly the best owner of any vacation rental I have ever stayed at. Great Stay! Fantastic owners!

We were very pleased with our stay. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions and concerns before arrival. Having the private pool is definitely a plus for the little ones who may get tired of the beach. We will definitely keep this place in mind again for next year.

The perfect family vacation!

Our extended family just spent a few days at this perfect house to celebrate our parents 40th anniversary. The house was perfect top to bottom, in and out. The first day there we were already talking about coming back in the future. Kristy was incredible to talk to and work with throughout our stay - if we needed it, she got it. The house was immaculate and the location was fantastic. We spent HOURS in the pool and enjoyed the short walk to the beach, Alibi, and Surfriders Seafood. We honestly couldn’t have enjoyed this place more and we can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic beach home

Home was comfortable, clean and stocked with many items we used. Beach towels, chairs, and grill. Beds were super comfortable. The long dining table was great for our nightly poker games! Short walk to the beach. Pool was nice for a post beach cool down. Walking distance to Alibi. Short drive to St Andrews state park. Would definitely stay again.

Peaceful Getaway

We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to PCB. The property owners were very responsive, answered all of our questions, and were so helpful. The house is just steps away from the beach in a quiet location. It was extremely clean, had many appliances that we were able to utilize, the beds were super comfortable, and there was a Christmas tree and other holiday decor that were much appreciated. The house had a very cozy feel to it and we could not have asked for a more pleasant stay. Although the weather was too cold for the beach and a handful of seasonal places were closed, there were still plenty to do. Thank you for an enjoyable stay! We highly recommend!!

Awesome place to stay

This property is an excellent place to stay We had 10 people in our family group and we all were accompanied very well. Property is well maintained and has everything you need. Only 1/2 block from beach and a lot to do I the area. Would Recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing!!!

This property is amazing! It had everything that you could ever need. We have stayed at alot of VRBO properties over the years but this one is by far the best. This was a family vacation with 3 chikdren (ages 4-8). The pool was perfext for them. The short walk to the beach on a nearly traffic free road was super easy. 5+ stars!

This house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and corn hole. Beach was a very short walk. The house was decorated great plenty of towels and even pool towels. The beach was great especially since chairs an umbrella were provided. I would definitely return and recommend this place. Thank you

Fantastic Property

I stayed with my daughters and grandchildren to attend another daughter's wedding on the beach. The house if terrific. Totally family friendly. Lots of space, first rate appliances and housewares. Plenty of beach equipment. Very short walk to the beach. We had some airplane issues and the owners bent over backward to help us. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Excellent property

Our yearly family trip was one of the best in this property. The house and pool were great. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking and serving items. Beach service was exceptional and the added items to take to the beach were very nice. Also great not having to bring beach towels with us. The master bedroom upstairs has a walk in closet big enough for a crib which we had rented. Kristy and Jason are very helpful. We will definitely come back to this property!!
