Welcome to Camp Kahshe a true paradise nestled on Kahshe Lake in Muskoka. Kahshe Lake is Muskoka's 4th largest body of water and the closest Lake in Muskoka to Toronto. In just a two-hour drive, you will arrive to see a property like no other. With over 350 ft of water frontage on a private lot with flat land, this property is the epitome of luxury. Situated on a peninsula, you have exposure from all angles, offering breathtaking sunsets as well as sun or shade as deemed fit.

The frontage combines an unparalleled Sandy Beach, an oversized deck, a screened-in pergola on the water, 3 dock slips and a swim-out dock. Also, take advantage of our own little private island that offers cliff diving for your entire party. Our fire pit is practically on the water making your campfires feel all the more special. The outdoor landscape is truly nothing short of a summer camp.

The Cottage

Brand new, fully renovated from floor to ceiling. Open concept with a brand new Chef's Kitchen, and a spacious living room that offers incredible lake views. New windows and sliders with screens offer you the ability to make you feel like you are outside. Dining can be accomplished indoors at our 8' rustic wood table or outdoors in our screened-in Muskoka room that is steps away from the kitchen. Other amenities include ice-cold air conditioning, High-Speed Bell internet, a 65" Smart Television as well Sonos for your indoor and outdoor audio entertainment. The master bedroom features a forest view, an ensuite and a luxurious king-size bed. Bedroom 2 offers a full lake view with a King size bed. Bedroom 3 offers 2 Double beds & Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of bunk beds. Additional accommodations can be found in our bunkie that includes a 3-piece bathroom as well as a King Size Bed. Step outside the cottage onto a brand new 500' sq foot deck.

Offering not 1, but 2 outdoor fully screened-in rooms. The first offers dining and a miraculous lake view and the second offers lounging on luxurious couches in our on-the-dock pergola.

*Wildlife in Muskoka*
Please be aware that wildlife, including bears, live in the area and following these safety tips will help ensure an enjoyable and safe vacation.
• Store garbage indoors until removed from the property.
• Feed pets indoors or screened-in porch areas
• Do not leave pet food in your car
• Remove all grease and residue from grills and trays.

*Septic System*
Please know this cottage has a septic system. This means nothing other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Do not flush sanitary products, baby wipes, diapers, or paper towels down any toilet. Kindly place these items in the garbage.

*Noise By-Law*
Please note the Muskoka Lakes Township noise by-law applies between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. and can be enforced for noises which disturb the peace of other residents, including loud music, engines and shouting. Please be mindful of the noise.

*Outdoor Fires*
There is no daytime burning permitted on Muskoka Lakes. It is the guest’s responsibility to check updated fire bans and use only designated fire pit(s). Please ensure you fully extinguish the fire. No fire is to be left unattended at any time. Please avoid having fires on windy days

*Cleaning*
We would like you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. And ask that you treat this property as if it were your own. Please ensure the cottage is clean and tidy upon your departure. Cleaning supplies and equipment are provided, and further details can be found in the cottage manual.
