The main level welcomes you with a warm and spacious living room featuring cozy seating and a fireplace, creating the perfect spot to gather after a day exploring the Smokies. Adjacent to the living area, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home-cooked meals, along with a dining area that offers plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy meals together. This level also includes an office space for those who need a quiet corner, a walk-in closet for added convenience, and two full bathrooms to accommodate guests with ease.



Also on the main level, three bedrooms provide restful retreats with a total of four beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to unwind. For larger groups, three queen-sized air mattresses are available to offer flexible sleeping arrangements. Downstairs, the entertainment continues with a dedicated home theater area perfect for movie nights and a game room designed for hours of fun. Challenge friends to a basketball shooting game, enjoy classic arcade favorites like Ms. Pac-Man, or try your hand at pinball—the game room is packed with options for all ages.

The Neighborhood:

Our property is in Wears Valley, the perfect location for peace and quiet, less traffic, great views, and conveniently located to Pigeon Forge, the Great Smoky Mountains, and Cades Cove. There is so much to see and do in the area, you will never want to leave!.



Other Things to Note:

We love furry animals and have some ourselves but we charge a Pet Fee of $100 PER pet, 2 dog maximum. We ask that you keep your dogs off of the furniture but we know how hard that can be sometimes. We have added covers on some of the furniture in the living room. We ask that you bring your own blanket or pet cover if they shed and lay on our beddings. Not everyone that rents the cabin will enjoy finding dog hairs that the cleaners might miss on our bedspreads. We also ask that no dogs be allowed to go down the steps into the basement. It is all carpeted and accidents happen so we don’t want it to happen on our carpet. There is a large dog cage outside on the front porch. We ask that you cage your animal if you are planning to leave for any long periods of time. If you need to bring it inside that is fine.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.



Dog Behavior & Liability

Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.

Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
