Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the decor, room for your group, and that you found the bathrooms exceptionally clean. We're sorry the bed comfort and other aspects of the cabin fell short of your expectations. We take your comments about the faucet and cleaning beneath the sofas seriously. To clarify for future guests, we ask that used dishes be loaded into the dishwasher and the cycle started with the pods we provide. Guests are not asked to unload the dishwasher. Thank you for staying with us and sharing your experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry Starry Knight did not meet your expectations. We take guests input seriously and and we have followed up with our housekeeping team. We have not received similar complaints, and we have many returning guests , but we certainly will continue to monitor these items closely. We do invest in the property, including significant recent improvements such as a new furnace and lower-deck replacement. We appreciate all guest feedback and use it to identify areas where additional updates may be beneficial.
