Also on the main floor is a fully equipped chef's kitchen with convection range, steam oven, kitchen aid blender, espresso machine and so much more. Radiant heat flooring throughout main floors. If you want a bit more heat, gather around a wood fired pot belly stove in the main family room that also has access to a huge outdoor deck that looks out to Lake Granby. Top floor boasts an unique master bedroom with a sitting room and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. Enjoy outdoor gatherings around the firepit situated amongst the professionally landscaped yard. At about 8400 feet, summers are cool in the evening; thus, there is no AC (bedrooms have fans).
