This family-friendly retreat offers a welcoming living area with a smart TV with streaming services where you can gather with your loved ones and host entertaining movie nights or catch up on your favorite series. When mealtime comes, prepare memorable homemade meals or quick snacks on the go at the well-appointed kitchen, which is complete with all the essentials to prepare anything you want. Admire unbeatable water views from your private deck while enjoying the refreshing breeze. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, free WiFi, and a partial AC unit.

THINGS TO KNOW Guests must pay a $110 admission fee directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival at the Long Island Village Resort Center for vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is not included in Vacasa fees.
**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. ** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.
NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

Enjoyed it
Really enjoyed the stay there. The place was clean, the area was quiet, and the community offers plenty of amenities for those trips longer than a few days. Spacious eating area and the deck on the canal is awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

Weather was great! Location was good! You have the bay a the Gulf of Mexico all within miles ! We plan on coming back a bring my boat next time !

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and convenient. I loved the book collections in both bedrooms. The guys caught some pretty good size fish.

Very homey I loved it
We are a family of 6 and spend the weekend. Loved the deck the area is incredible. Also the decore of the room it’s so unique the puzzles, kitchen fully functional full fridge you can have evening bbqs after spending the day out adventuring there is always something to do.
