Family Vacay

Property was clean and had everything we needed for our family of four. Michael the owner was very quick to respond and help us get checked in and made sure our stay was nice and easy. Would recommend to a family of our size or a couples getaway!!

Loved it!

I rented this place for one of my coverage Doctors. He loved it. Welcoming community, plenty to do within the area. We'll be renting again in the future!

Not for seniors

This was advertised for 4 guests and there is no way 4 could stay there. Bed was horrible. Furniture consisited of two partial sectionals that were extremely uncomfortable for sitting. No outside furniture. Owner was w tremely nice but this place ahould not. E rented on

Great 2 weeks

We had a single trailer. It is an older unit, but very well maintained! Everything worked, and the queen bed was comfortable. We were very happy with everything!

Pleasant stay.

Older mobile home. Needs some repairs, but the living room furniture was new and the queen size bed was very comfortable. The oven was extremely hot so you can knock off about 75 degrees from what your used to using. Over all it worked for the 2 of us.

This is an older Park Model unit that has had some renovations and is fairly well equipped. The Long Island Village is very quiet and has many amenities - laundromat, swimming pools, golf course, miniature golf, shuffleboard, etc.. Although we did not meet Michael, we talked with him on the phone. The home is owned by his parents and he looks after the bookings for them. He seems like a very nice person

Great Stay

Nice, cozy property. All services (internet, cable tv) work really well. The owners are really helpful and respond quickly to questions. The community, Long Island Village, has lots of activities and it's only a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. In winter months we found the weather always better at LIV than on SPI.

Great location minutes away from SPI!

This place was located about 3 minutes away from the Island bridge and took us only 10ish minutes from front door to beach. A/c doesn't work too well in the day time but feels fine at night. Bring a plug in fan for a little extra coolness at night. Would book again if we took another trip to SPI

Great price, great location!

We stayed here for a week and were happy with our accommodations- it was the perfect size for 4 of us and very comfortable. Check-in was easy, the location was great, and we enjoyed our stay!

Very quaint and comfy place

My husband and I enjoyed our stay!! The owners are very nice and sweet and went out of their way to be sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be going back and staying at the same property in the future.
