The Solar Powered Dogtown Cabin at Applecart Farm

Beautiful hand built very private cabin with master bedroom and large loft located deep in the woods of Cape Ann. Walking distance to down town Rockport and waterfront. Friendly miniature horses just 200 feet away that children love to visit. Applecart Farm is happy to have guests of diverse backgrounds and interests. Pets are allowed only with advanced request to ensure safety of guest and residents pets. NEM 1450 plug for EV charging.
The space
Applecart Farm is one of the most private residential properties in Rockport. Our property is surrounded by close to 2500 acres of protected woodlands and miles of trails, but is only a 5 minute walk to the train station and 10 minute walk to downtown Rockport. Includes free solar charging station.
Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire Dogtown cabin and the surrounding woods, and miles of secluded walking trails that start directly from our property.

The host's house has a small personal swimming pool behind their house and due to liability (and privacy purposes) we need to inform you ahead of time that guests will not be allowed in the pool. Many people who stay at the cabin never even know we have a pool due due the privacy around this property.
Other things to note
You will likely be greeted by our two dogs…a golden retriever and a great Pyrenees mix. Expect our miniature horses, Jessie and Munchkin to say hello as well. They are all very friendly...if not too friendly to visiting guests. 220 amp EV charging available.
