Beautiful, open-floor plan all on one level for the whole family to enjoy! Gorgeous lake views and private dock. A desirable location, this lake-front home is situated on Poe Creek on the southeast side of Lake Gaston, 10 min. drive to Littleton. There are 4 king beds with en-suite bathrooms and bunk room with 4 built-in, twin-size beds for your smaller traveling companions. Full-size laundry room, Fire pit, Blackstone Griddle (air fryers), Ping Pong, and Kayaks are just some of the amenities!

Welcome to Leeward Bound! As you walk through the front door you will be welcomed into a very large and open kitchen, dining, and living space. In the kitchen there is plenty of room for multiple chefs to whip up a feast utilizing the fully stocked cabinets, double ovens and two refrigerator/freezers. Not only is there HUGE kitchen island but also a 12-person dining table to seat your entire family! Cozy up in the living room to watch your favorite show on the 70 in. TV with included AppleTV for any of your streaming channels (cable channels also available). A full size laundry room with front load washer and dryer is available for washing all of those beach towels! The home is outfitted with stamped, concrete floors throughout.

You and your guests can choose from any of the five bedrooms! There are 4 king beds all with their own en-suite bathroom, and a bunk room with 4 built-in, twin-size beds for your smaller traveling companions.

Enjoy a competitive (or friendly) game of ping pong or a family game night (games, cards in the bunk room). A Blackstone griddle equipped with two air fryers and warming drawer is available so you can cook for your hungry crowd. Relax by the fire pit at the end of the day and enjoy some s’mores (roasting sticks available).

The dock is available for bringing or renting your own boat, a boat lift and two jet ski lifts for use. Table and chairs and a mini fridge are available for a dockside lunch or lounging. There are three kayaks with paddles for you to explore the surrounding lake!

A starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper will be provided as well as dish soap/sponge, trash bags, laundry detergent & dryer sheets.

* All four bathrooms in the home are en-suite in the bedrooms with a king size bed. There is no half bath.
