Enjoy the serene side of Geneva Lake at Williams Bay newest home. Just 2 blocks to Geneva Lake and downtown Williams Bay, walk to beach, boat launch, Kishwauketoe Nature trail and all the local restaurants and shops. Downtown Lake Geneva is just a quick 9 min drive

Home Highlights: Relax in your own private theater after a long day or soak in the new 7 person covered hot tub. Williams Bay is conveniently located on Geneva Lake, next to Fontana and between Lake Delavan and Lake Como.

Home amenities include large open floor plan, 4 private bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, outdoor hot tub, firepit and your very own movie theater. Off street parking for cars/boat/trailer (4 car driveway)

Master bedroom: Cozy king bed with attached master bath (jacuzzi tub) and walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 : Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - Full/twin bunk bed and 1 twin bed.
Bedroom 4 : Queen Bed (lower level)
Bathrooms are conveniently located on all 3 levels of the home. Front porch rockers/gliders or the deck area offer perfect spots for morning coffee.

Parking: 4 cars can be parked in the driveway of the unit.

Needed a relaxing getaway, well this was it. Open concept but also very warm and inviting. Corie is a very attentive host if you should ever need her. Love that the hot tub is partially underground, made it easier for me to get out of. Would absolutely stay again!

The house was very clean and perfect for our gathering! I short 15 minute drive to down town Lake Geneva. The movie room was so cute and we enjoyed hanging out and watching a movie. There was plenty of sleeping and bathroom space for the guests we had!

The house was very comfortable and a short walk to the lake and shops. Communication with the host was great; she usually responded to questions in less than an hour. We enjoyed the firepit and hammock. The kitchen was well stocked but could use some sheet pans for cooking. It was reasonably clean but clearly a previous guest had children and it might be time for a deeper clean (we were there at the end of the season).

Family vacation

Stay was good overall, good location as it was pretty close to everything. Overall pretty clean but Comforters needed to be washed & quite a few cobwebs. The owner was good with communication!Overall good stay!!

Phenomenal stay at this place! It was very clean, roomy, well-equipped, and comfortable. In a terrific location in walking distance of Williams Bay shops as well as Yerkes Observatory. Ample room for 7 adults whether lounging in the living room, eating together, or hanging out in the hot tub. Appreciated the fully outfitted kitchen.

Great to be 70!

Our family of 10 (6 adults & 4 little people) celebrated the patriarch's 70th birthday! The back yard was perfect for kickball, the movie theater fun for all, and the hot tub a relaxing reward for the parents after getting the kids to bed! We walked to the Edgewater park to play & the moms 'escaped' on an ice cream walk! So much packed into the weekend we didn't get time to roast marshmallows in the fire pit - next time! The house was perfect for a celebration with young children - ours (almost 2 thru 6) loved the bunk bed room (and large pack & play) as well as the little tent and toys! The hammock was was a fun back yard swing for them as well! A good time was had by all!

Bachelorette getaway

Stayed here for a bachelorette and it was the perfect space to accomodate all of us! Wish the weather was better for us to use the hot tub and fire place!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and well-stocked house. It has all the amenities to have a great time and is perfectly located near walking trails, a horse theater, and a Christmas lights cruise.

Lake Geneva Fall Adventure

The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owner, Corie, was very responsive and helpful. Location easily walkable to downtown Williams Bay and a short drive to downtown Lake Geneva (6 or 7 minutes). We enjoyed the hot tub and the firepit (BYO firewood). The house worked great for our couples get away and would definitely stay here again when visiting Lake Geneva. 5 stars!

Perfect Location!

The house is in the heart of Williams Bay, within walking distance of the beach, centrally located between Delavan Lake and Lake Geneva, and in a great neighborhood. There were plenty of amenities that suited all of our needs. The beds were all very comfortable and with large bathrooms on each level of the house! Highly recommended!

Great Stay!

Absolutely amazing stay. Williams Bay was a great location for our family vacation. House was perfect, great location to restaurants, shopping and Lake Geneva. Very quiet neighborhood but close enough for the things we did in Williams Bay and Lake Geneva. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our week vacation to the beach! Cori was an amazing host- so responsive, attentive, and incredibly kind! The property itself was great, the kids especially loved the loft area and the movie theater of course! It was clean and super comfortable. We would 100% stay there again!

Girls weekend

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay. Everything as described. Short walk to lake and short drive to downtown Lake Geneva. Media room very nice but a llittle cold in lower level. Very inviting backyard but unfortunately due to rain and cooler temps didn’t use.

So spacious and great location!

We were there for a girls weekend and 6 of us stayed and had a great time. The property was very spacious and welcoming! The hot tub and starry night theater were fun features to our stay! Koriann was a wonderful host and responsive to our requests. The beds were comfortable and linens were soft and luxurious. We were walking distance to the lake and restaurant. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Koriann!
