Thank you so much for this wonderful review. We are very pleased to know you and your family enjoyed your first visit to Cape Cod so much and we hope you have some great memories of your vacation at the beach. If you are interested in staying at Surfside for your second visit to Cape Cod, please contact Jeanine. It would be nice to see you again. Enjoy the rest of your summer.

Joan, Thank you for your comments. We appreciate all feedback, but we were a bit confused receiving this review after reading the following positive email you first sent when you checked out on Saturday at 8:33AM: "Thanks so much!!!! We will be back. Stay safe." It was unfortunate that your visit took place during the heat wave. As you mentioned, we do provide fans for our guests. We were unaware of your need for a different fan and would have appreciated the opportunity to rectify the situation. We try our best to provide the most comfortable accommodations for our guests. We are sorry you misinterpreted the description of our cottage’s location in proximity to the beach as we try to provide a very accurate description (including photos) on the VRBO website. Again, thank you for your compliments and comments and we hope the rest of your Summer is pleasant.

Hi, we apologize for missing this review. It's always good to hear our guests had a wonderful time at our cottage. Our private beach is so peaceful and the sandbar is perfect for summertime fun. We hope you are enjoying your summer and would love to see you again. Thank you.

Thank you, Eric, for your nice review. We do our best to provide a clean and comfortable vacation cottage for all our guests. It sounds like your family had a fun time on the beach and in our sandy court by the patio. We agree that the sandbar is great for walks. Hopefully, you were fortunate enough to see a beautiful sunset while you were on the sandbar. If you decide to vacation on Cape Cod, again we hope you will consider giving us another call. Enjoy the rest of your summer.

Kyle, what a great way to sum up your vacation at our cottage. You had the perfect week to enjoy the beach and sandbar at low tide. We hope you will recommend us to your friends and consider coming back again next year. Thank you.
