Our quaint cottage is very convenient to a private beach on Nantucket Sound with the seashell beach path ( 1 of 2 beach entrances ) right off our patio. Literally step out of our patio gate and walk approximately 30 seconds down the seashell path and your feet will be stepping on sand. With ocean views from the patio and bedrooms, this 750 sq ft unit is sunny and immaculate. The large patio is equipped with a gas grill and outdoor eating area. You will love this nicely decorated, and clean 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with all the amenities that you could possibly need while vacationing.

The Master bedroom on the 1st floor has a queen size bed and 2nd bedroom located on the 2nd floor has 2 twin beds. Each floor has it's own full bath and each bedroom has a portable a/c unit. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area has a full size pull out sofa bed. All linens and towels are included. To make your packing easier, we also supply beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys!

The Popponesset Marketplace is within walking distance for an evening of fun at the Raw Bar known for it's plentiful lobster roll. Grab your morning coffee at the coffee shop, or visit the other shops for some local shopping flair, ice cream, candy, or smoothies. There is miniature golf to be played or an outdoor summer concert series Thursday through Saturday night all in an intimate setting to enjoy. The village is a safe place for your children to explore or ride their bikes. There are nearby walking paths as well as a place to rent bicycles or kayaks. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. Mashpee Commons is a short drive away with dining, movie theatre, bowling and shops. The Cape Cod Baseball League is at its best one town away in Falmouth, and Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard is only a quick ferry-ride away. It’s a little piece of heaven right here on Cape Cod that we know you will love! Come and make memories to last a lifetime! Very family oriented.

Also, this is a new rental with no reviews, but was fully booked for summer of 2021 under previous owner but managed by me which received great reviews.

Note, for bookings in May to mid June, there is a possibility of beach replenishment occurring, causing the beach to be closed on weekdays. This should not affect nights and weekends. This is unfortunately beyond our control. The public beach is open and in use. Please inquire if you have any questions.
