This is the perfect 3 Bedroom Hilton Head Island villa for your family that is close to the beach and includes pool access, just outside the front door. This villa is waiting for you! Located mid-resort in beautiful Sea Pines Resort, this villa is overlooks one of the scenic golf courses in the resort. Beach access is available nearby via Sea Pines Trolley, or is just a 10-15 minute walk.

The spacious beach getaway features an open floor plan that welcomes you to stretch out and make yourself right at home. Dining inside or out is a breeze with ample seating for your family and friends. The kitchen is updated with everything needed to cook your favorite seafood dinner. Do you need to work while on the island? Setup on the cozy desk nook conveniently located in the foyer. All bedrooms have their own private bath and are located on the second floor.

Sea Pines is located on the southern tip (or toe) of Hilton Head Island and is home to the iconic Harbor Town Lighthouse and Marina. The RBC Boeing Heritage Classic is held annually in Sea Pines in April and is a PGA touring favorite.

Great Town House 3 bedroom 3.5 bath

This is a great property in the the heart of Sea Pines, 3 bedrooms each with a master bathroom. This house includes awesome views of what I believe is the 18 fairway, great patio to enjoy your morning coffee or adult beverage while enjoying some golf.

We loved the location of this property. The layout was also good, and each bedroom having its own bath was a bonus. There were a few small things I suggested to the owner and she took note. We would return to this property.

Everything was just as advertised. The villa was clean and conveniently located. The only issues we had was that the pool was only open 1 day out of our stay so we could not enjoy the amenity.

Perfect !

We had stayed at this Villa 7 years ago! The new owner / management have greatly improved the property! The new hardwood floors replacing the carpet is lovely! Everything you would need for your stay is provided. The rear patio landscaping has been trimmed up and provides you with a beautiful view and a sense of security. . Very conveniently located! So many shops and restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive! And of course there is the beach! The two queen mattresses are firm!

Beautiful and Quiet

We had a great week staying in this villa. We didn't have any issues, check-in was quick and easy, and everything we needed was available. The golf course view was exceptional and overall it is a very quiet property. The upstairs felt a little warm when we first arrived however box fans were provided in each room's closet and kept it cool enough to be comfortable. We used the trolly to access the Sea Pines Beach Club and loved it. Our son (24) used the fitness center ($17/day admission since booked through third party) and enjoyed it. Husband and son golfed a couple times and my daughter (17) and I enjoyed riding horses at Lawton Stables. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

The best part of this condo is the location. Via bike, it is 6 minutes from Harbourtown and 8 minutes from the beach. I wouldn't say the unit was overly clean. There was gum stuck to the underside of the nightstand in one of the bedrooms, and toothpaste stuck to the mirror in the primary bathroom. In addition, nails were sticking out from a few stairs - my 8-year-old found one with his heel. OUCH! Only one of the three sliding glass doors had a screen to enjoy fresh air. The unit had a strong dog odor the first few days, and we would have enjoyed more fresh air. The pool was COLD and often full of debris. The furniture is pretty beat up, as are the walls in many rooms. Location was the best part of this condo.

Great location

Our family of 5 (3 adult children) had a very nice stay at this property. The Pros - property manager, location, cleanliness, living room area. It is a quick bike ride or walk to the beach, and the condo complex is very quiet. Cons - the beds are awful - only reason this place does not get 5 stars. The mattresses are very old, it feels like you are sleeping directly on the box spring, and the beds are noisy and rickety. Also, there is only one zone for the AC, so the downstairs stays comfortable but the upstairs gets quite warm. One bathroom has no AC at all. Fixing these two items would make the villa perfect. Cele is a wonderful property manager and responds very quickly. Even with the issues as they are, we would stay here again.
