The villa consists of two separate accommodations: the Garden Villa and the Penthouse, ideal for larger groups as well as families who prefer a bit more privacy.

Garden Villa

The Garden Villa features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and ample closet space. The modern living room and the open kitchen with cooking island are fully equipped with all comforts. The entire house, including the living room, is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasantly cool indoor climate at all times. All windows have shutters, allowing a refreshing breeze to flow through the house.

Large sliding doors from the living room lead to the terrace, where a large dining table and a cozy lounge area are located, both overlooking the private swimming pool. Around the pool you will find comfortable seating areas and sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the sun and relaxing.

Penthouse Baia Branca

The penthouse, located above the Garden Villa, has a private entrance and can be reached via a comfortable staircase. The penthouse combines luxury and comfort with attention to every detail. Here you will find three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and plenty of closet space. Two bedrooms also feature a single sofa bed, ideal for children.

The cozy living room features an open kitchen with a cooking island, perfect for cooking together or enjoying relaxed conversations. The lounge is a wonderful place to relax with a movie or your favorite program. The penthouse is fully air-conditioned and the terraces offer stunning sea views with complete peace and privacy.

The penthouse’s private swimming pool is in the sun all day and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. The adjacent pool bar is perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink while soaking up the water and the island atmosphere.

Subject to availability, you can rent a 7-seat Toyota Rush (2023, automatic) for €69 per day, with a deposit and deductible of €500.
