Enjoy all the comforts of home in our raised beach house just a 2 block walk to the beach.

PLEASE NOTE: This home has exterior only security cameras which cover the front porch, pool, driveway and under the house areas.

FALL is a truly spectacular time to visit! The weather could not be better and Summertime crowds and lines are gone! High temperatures average between 72 and 79 degrees with cooler temperatures averaging 60 to 76 degrees and NO Humidity. Whether you are visiting for a few days or longer, no doubt you will leave feeling rejuvenated!!

On arrival there are fourteen steps from the driveway to the front porch/deck where you will find the front entrance. The front porch covers the width of the house and is partially under roof. Patio table and chairs as well as Adirondack chairs are located on the porch for guests enjoyment.

Enter the house into a large open living room with hardwood floors. Sofa, loveseat, recliners and chair provide plenty of seating for everyone. The open concept floor plan on the first floor encompasses the living room, dining area and full sized kitchen. The kitchen has a wide variety of dishes, pots, pans and utensils with room to cook a delicious meal! The kitchen has a bar area with four stools which is immediately adjacent to the dining room table with 4 chairs and a bench seat. Whether cooking, dining or enjoying a movie their is plenty of room for everyone to be together.

At the rear of the dining area are a set of French Doors leading to a set of stairs down to the outdoor private pool. The pool area is surrounded by a privacy fence and has chaise lounges and tables with chairs.

A short hallway off the main living area leads to two large bedrooms each with a queen size bed, closets, and dressers with plenty of room to spread out! A full bath with tub/shower combination is located in the hallway between the bedrooms.

A set of stairs is located off the living room leading to the second floor. The washer and dryer are located at the top of the stairs behind the set of bi-fold doors. A very large master bedroom with a king sized bed is located to the right at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom has an en-suite full bath with tub/shower combination.

Early riser or night owl? The master bedroom has its own private second story deck facing the marsh. Enjoy a beverage in the comfort of a rocking chair while enjoying a view of the wildlife on the marsh.

To the left at the top of the stairs on the second floor is another bedroom. A set of bunk beds with a double bed/twin bed combination as well as another separate twin bed are found in this room. An en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combination is located off this room.

Whether you want to swim, fish, take a stroll on the sands or simplify relax in a beach chair enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean this home has it all. Fall is a great time to enjoy the beach, Myrtle Beach Fall Bike Rally and many local festivals and events.

The Garden City/Murrells Inlet area offers something for everyone. Enjoy a sunset cruise or ECOtour on the water, go kayaking, paddle boarding, or charter a fishing trip. Like to bicycle, enjoy a paved trail with the shade of woods and no traffic worries! Don't have your own equipment; no worries rent what you need!

The beach is about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the house, or you can rent a golf cart and ride if you prefer. Visit the Garden City Pier, Sam's Corner for an awesome hotdog, take the kids to the arcades, enjoy a visit to Huntingdon Beach State Park, or stroll through Brookgreen Gardens and take in the sculpture art. There is truly something for everyone to enjoy!

Want to enjoy fresh seafood during your visit, but save on eating out? Why not visit one of the fresh seafood markets in Murrells Inlet and pick up the fresh catch of the day!

Feel like a good grilled steak or burger instead? No problem, a charcoal grill is provided. All you need is the charcoal and whatever it is you are in the mood to grill! Grocery stores are also conveniently located within minutes of the house.

Don't feel like cooking? Restaurants abound; The Gulf Stream Cafe, Sara J's , the Causeway Bar and Grill are just a few restaurants nearby. The Murrells Inlet Marshwalk with its beautiful views, many restaurants and live entertainment is about a 10 minute drive from the house. You can find many types of restaurants and food choices ranging from seafood entrees and steaks to sandwiches, burgers and pizza. With atmospheres from white linen tablecloth to family friendly!

Need to do some work or remote learning while you are away? No problem we offer free wi-fi for the convenience of our guests.

The kids need to run off some energy. The side yard is large enough to toss a ball around or for adults to enjoy a game of corn hole!

Just want to unwind for a bit? No need to go anywhere, grab your favorite beverage and have a seat on the front porch where you can enjoy the breeze and take in spectacular views of the wild life on the marsh. If your a birding enthusiastic bring your binoculars!
Sunsets are spectacular too!

Flying in for your stay? Myrtle Beach International Airport is only about a 20 minute drive to the house. Want to explore beyond the Garden City/ Murrells Inlet area? Myrtle Beach is approximately a 20 minute drive. Enjoy the Market Common area where shopping, movie theaters, bowling, disc golf and restaurants are endless. The Market Common are is also home to many sporting venues where out of town guests come to play!

Are you a golfer? The Grand Strand offers approximately 90 courses from which to choose. Do you enjoy theater shows? Myrtle Beach has some of the best live shows and entertainment in the country at The Carolina Opry and The Alabama Theater. Garden City is also a great place from which to take a day trip to Historic Charleston, SC or Wilmington, NC.
