Luxurious Vacation Weekly Rental Only About A Half Mile To The Beach. Raised Beach Duplex, Private Pool & Yard, 4 Balconies, Washer/ Dryer, Outdoor Smoking, Private Parking . Close To Golf, Fishing, Shopping, Dining… There are two levels and four balconies. This house has updated tile and Mahogany floors in the living area. Second full bathroom adjacent to the middle and front bedrooms.
Located in Garden City, renters are encouraged to respect the neighbors and other vacationers. If you are looking for a place to party, please look elsewhere. Loud music, heavy drinking and late-night noise are not permitted. However, If you are looking for a private, peaceful, quiet beach getaway, than you found it!
First floor (raised):
A fully-equipped kitchen with a full-size range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and through the door ice and chilled water, double stainless sink, dishwasher, disposer, pots/pans/dishes, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
A counter dining area with bar chairs and also a counter-height table. A half bath with toilet and vanity. A laundry room with washer and dryer.
Master Back bedroom: Queen size bed, luxurious linens, full bathroom, closet, ceiling fan and a large flat screen Smart TV.
The pool is visible from the downstairs and upstairs back bedrooms.
Second floor:
Master back bedroom: King size bed, luxurious linens, full bathroom, closet, ceiling fan and flat screen TV.
Middle bedroom: Full bed, bed linens, closet, ceiling fan
Full bathroom with a double sink.
Front bedroom: Twin bed and bunkbed, bed linens, walk in closet, ceiling fan
Ground level:
Large covered parking space
Storage bin for beach toys (provided)
Linens, towels, etc. included.
High speed secure wireless internet is available throughout the house.
All pillows and beds are anti-allergy/ bed bug protected.
Floors are hardwood mahogany laminate, ceramic tile and carpet.

A pleasure staying in such a clean property.

Beautiful property, clean and very well maintained. Owner was a pleasure to speak with. He took time to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay for our family of 6. Very clean and well stocked kitchen! The golf cart was great! Scott is great to rent from and we will definitely stay at this home again!

Nice getaway

The house was exactly what the listing shows. However, we could not enjoy the outside space due to bugs. We all came home with multiple bites. Besides that we had a great trip. Pool is a little small but met our needs. Scott was very easy to deal with. I will say we were a little leery to allow our children to have fun just because

Perfect location

Great house

The house was wonderful. Quite neighborhood but short distance to the beach. Only a few blocks. Golf cart was a plus getting all beach supplies there. Lots of grocery stores close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Gem!

The property was a nice four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo with a pool. Even though it is located just off of Business 17 we never heard any traffic noise even when outside. The owner, Scott, was very accessible if needed.

Perfect for families.

We had a fabulous week at this location. There were 8 of us and the house was perfect. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Pool was refreshing. It's not a big pool but was enough for all of us to relax in. Scott responded to messages quickly and was a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Scott for allowing us to rent your place.

Great getaway week

My husband and I stayed with our two younger boys for a week. we had great weather and Scott was very easy to communicate with as any issues came up.... for example the washer, but Scott plans to get that fixed . I Would recommend the golf cart to families for a quick beach ride with many beach items! Overall..... a great stay and very affordable!

We were the unfortunate group that stayed the week of Tropical Storm Debby. Having the private pool was a plus for sure! Every time the storms stopped we utilized the pool, we made the best of stormy situation. We were all pretty nervous about the storm rolling in and I reached out to Scott and he was extremely responsive. This was our second stay at this property and if we make our 5th trip back to Garden City we will try to stay here again.

Neighbor from hell

Vacation property very nice. In a great location. Very nice size duplex with a great layout. We had an issue with the neighbor. Our 12 year old was one foot in the neighbors driveway and he came home in his car cursing. Then my husband tries to calm the situation and there was no calming the neighbor down. To the point where he advised us that he has a carry permit and will use force if threatened. The police were called and the neighbor reported the same story we did. The neighbor was really warming us not to be on his property. We didn’t feel safe any longer so we had to move out of our vacation home. We have rented homes year after year and never experienced anything like this before. Scott the property manager was professional though. We knew we were quiet and polite neighbors for the two days we stayed so we couldn’t risk staying longer if the neighbor was that aggravated about a child in his driveway. We were only refunded a small portion and had to scramble to find a new rental, move and spend more money.

We enjoyed another fantastic stay at Scott’s SurfsUp beach house! This house had everything we needed plus many extras for a vacation rental. The pool was a huge plus for those days when you just want to skip the beach along with the under deck table and lighting to enjoy a night time swim. The 3 seater golf cart is also a great add-on bonus and the price can’t be beat! Scott was always quick to respond to any concern and an overall nice guy. My family voted this as their favorite beach house we’ve stayed at in this area. It was our 2nd time at Scott’s, and won’t be our last!

Scott is a video producer by trade. He owns several properties in the Myrtle beach area and also in North Carolina. He grew up near the Great Lakes but is currently residing in the Grand Strand Myrtle Beach Surfside area.

The reason to stay in this property is all about the beach! There is also a lot of places to golf, fish, boat... Garden City is a very quiet, safe location. It is also a charming town and it has it's own pier and beautiful beaches! It is in the Myrtle Beach area, just south to be exact, but a much nicer, more peaceful atmosphere than the downtown Myrtle Beach area.
