"Opted-In" HOA Policy
A maximum of six (6) Renter Access Cards are issued per rental property/rental period. Cards are active
only during the days of your rental period. Cards must be shown at all amenities and services to access all.
Renter Access Cards are assigned as follows:
1. Renter Access Cards with Golf privileges: Two (White) Cards have access to Golf. One is issued to the
individual who signed the Registration Form and set up a House Account (the Renter), and the other
holder of this card is assigned by the Renter for the spouse or other such person.
2. Renter Guest Cards are limited to a maximum of four (4) people. This includes family under the age of
21 and guests. Renter family and guests must show proof of access to the Common Properties by carrying their Renter Access Cards.
