While our home may not have central air conditioning throughout the whole home we do have air conditioning in the top level and the master bedroom. In addition we have a whole home fan system. Located on the top floor, we have a large fan that, when activated, rapidly exchanges the indoor air with fresh air from outside. This natural ventilation system provides a refreshing and cool breeze throughout the house, simulating the effects of air conditioning. You'll enjoy the benefits of fresh air while experiencing a comfortable temperature indoors. Please note that the fan is operated manually, allowing you to control when you want to enjoy the cooling effect.
