Check in was a little confusing but the place was perfect for the 6 of us.I wish they had some basics like salt and pepper and coffee and shampoo.But overall the property was great.

This has been by far, my favorite experience at Shores of Panama! We travel here several times a year and this unit is by far my favorite. The parking spot is so convenient, and getting to the pool and the beach is a breeze! The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The view from the balcony is perfect! My mother in law stayed out there all day, every day. The view from the master and the balcony are wonderful. We had some issues with the HVAC unit, but the response from the host was immediate and the repair guys were there fast. I definitely recommend this unit and will stay again in the future!

The view was the best view our family has ever experienced from a condo, and we have stayed in many. Gorgeous sunsets! So spacious and had everything we needed, and convenient to walk to everything we’d need and want.

We really enjoyed this space and the location within the overall resort. There were a couple things we needed upon arrival but the were addresses same day. Check-in was easy, though we couldn’t get in early without paying a little extra, even though it was ready. That was a bummer but we just enjoyed the beach while waiting. We would recommend and stay again!

Fantastic place to stay

Absolutely loved this place!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Maintenance was on the spot repairing the few little issues we had.

Balcony view was beautiful. Location of room was good from the parking deck and ability to take the stairs down to the pool instead of waiting on the elevator. The TV'S in Master and 2nd bedroom would not work on cable channels but luckily we brought our Amazon Firestick and used them to stream channels.

Great location. No issues with anything. There is major construction going on at the resort along with construction happening next door. Lots of noise and debris...but, we stay on the beach and are always on the move doing things. After hours its all quiet. Beds comfortable and 3 bathrooms were nice! A/C cooled very well. We will be back!

Great weekend getaway for us and friends. Plenty of room and everything we needed. Unit was clean and well kept. View from this corner unit is great. Parking on same level as unit is a plus, no waiting on an elevator. Weather was cool so I can’t comment on the pool and other amenities. One word of caution, watch out for the feet on the iron bed. It’s a toe getter in the middle of the night bathroom run. (Ha Ha!! Ouch!!)

Perfect vacation

We’ve stayed at Shores of Panama a few times. Condo 201 was the perfect place to stay. Parking close on the same floor and no need to use the elevators. We will definitely book again. We had no issues, did not need to contact the manager. We had a great vacation with family!

Loved the property…parking lot was not the best…the door from the bedroom did not open onto the balcony …if we would have bought our handicap dad…this room was not very handicapped accessible…other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Good stay

Good veiw. Nice proximity to the pool and parking. Grads loved the pool. Had issue with paperwork but managment handled promptly. Which makes it a plus for them. Would definetely recommend.

We had a great time! Condo could’ve been a little cleaner when we arrived however we did call and we were asked if we wanted housekeeping to come back and we just decided not to. There was a maintenance issue with the air conditioning. They were out the next day. Very friendly, very prompt service. All in all a really great experience!

This property was the ideal spot Beautiful layout the only complaint I have was some of the furniture needed to be replaced. Otherwise we loved it

The owner recently replaced the dining and living room furniture (sofa/loveseat) she does have a new coffee and end table set arriving in the next month but because of shipping delays it has not arrived back. Decent Stay

The condo with clean and prepared as advertised. Some new outdoor furniture would be an excellent investment, the glass table is on its last leg. Wrap around balcony and view were great. Not specifically condo related, but the elevators at this facility are awful. Bonus to this unit for easy stair access!

Family Beach Vacation

The property was clean. Minor matenance issues were promptly addressed after they were reported. Their rule of no one in the pool area to see the sunrise was totally unwarranted. The parking lot staff need training on customer service and how to give clear information regarding parking passes, etc.

Great View

Great view from this unit…had problems getting the TV in den on, but property manager had a repair guy there the next morning to fix it (was missing a remote control). Their promptness was appreciated. Also Could use a lamp in the den area for reading at night. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay. It was Great having an assigned parking space on 2nd floor, so never had to use the elevators.

Overall we had a nice trip, but this wasn't the place for us. There were a few things in the listing that were misleading. Only one parking spot is reserved. So, part of our family parked on the 2nd floor while the other parked on the 7th (or whatever floor had availability at the time). And with 22 floors, forget waiting on an elevator! While it was nice having the 2nd floor access, the unit was on the other end of the building... so it was still quite a walk with suitcases, etc.. It was also a pretty long trek to the beach. The master bedroom was supposed to have balcony access, but the door is inoperable (not that it was stuck but it literally has a sign on it that the door is inoperable). The second door off the living room is also inoperable. The view from the master bedroom is also completely obstructed by 2 huge palm trees. Speaking of obstructions... the master bathroom doors all swing in different ways making it pretty awkward to maneuver. The barn door for the bunk room bathroom left a big gap while closed - so you can see the toilet and shower from the hallway (luckily we were all family lol but this could be an embarrassing experience for someone). The bedroom TVs did not work. We were able to use the living room tv with our own direct TV login. Not a huge deal. That said, the unit felt/looked clean, the AC worked great, and the bed was super comfy! We didn't need to contact the host except for a question about our registration.
