Samir ~ Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry this brand new, beautiful condo was not satisfactory for you. I have been managing condos in Panama City Beach for 10 years. My team and I care very much for our guests and the units they stay in and our reviews on Google and VRBO reflect this. The beds in this unit are all brand new. I will be taking the time to check out each of these new beds to find out which one you are speaking of and will strongly consider buying a comfortable pillow topper for it. I wish you would have called me to tell me about the bed during your visit - I would have taken care of it immediately for you. The owners recently stayed in this unit and were very comfortable, so it may also be a matter of personal preference. As for the cleanliness of the unit -- I receive photos/videos from my head cleaner after each cleaning, so I assure you that this condo was fully cleaned. We also do not allow smoking in any of our units which is written in our agreement. When I received your email regarding the cleanliness, I reached out and offered to send my cleaner back to review and rectify what was not done to your satisfaction, but I did not receive a reply from you. I am so sorry to read this review. I care very much for my guests and always do everything in my power to help when I can -- this shows in my reviews throughout all of the units I manage. I was very available to you during your visit and truly did what I could to make sure you and your group were happy and comfortable during your short visit to this clean, brand new unit. 1. This unit comes with two parking passes. The resort does not give out extra passes because they want to be sure there is enough parking for all of the guests within the resort. If I have extra passes that were left behind, I will often give them to my guests in need. It's amazing that your were able to get a third pass, from the staff at the Shores, for your stay. I am, however, very happy to hear this. This unit actually sleeps "10" guests - I would think the two parking passes the resort allows for this unit would be for the two families that would likely stay in the unit. My apologies that I could not help you with your two additional vehicles. 2. Although the refrigerator is still working at this time, especially when following the instructions given at the time of check-in, I'm happy to say that the owners have decided to start replacing/upgrading the appliance seen in the listing. 3. As for the renovations - the owners put in all new flooring, painted everything including the baseboards, added all new furnishings and mattresses, and are still decorating (they bought this unit right before the summer season). More wall art was added a week ago. The condo you rented was exactly as advertised on my listing when you booked. I'm very sorry to hear it was not what you were hoping for. Wow, Peg, thank you so very much for the nice review -- very thorough and helpful to our future guests!!! I'm glad you overall have a fantastic visit! The photos we have on our VRBO listing are from October of 2021, so they are pretty current. Since October 2021, the only noticeable change made was the couch cover in which the owner placed on the couch due to stains that we could not get out professionally. I believe they plan to replace this newer couch, and at that time, I will send our photographer back in for an updated photo of the living space. As for the resort - I'm so sorry other guests were saving pool chairs with their towels. In the posted pool rules, this is not allowed, so I would suggest to future guests who see chairs saved, unoccupied for a long period of time, to reach out to security or to mindfully set their towels to the side, so they can use the chairs. Unfortunately, the elevators all along the beach are slower during the busier summer season. There are three sets of elevators which should help. There are also nice facilities to use on the main level. I'm so sorry the resort concierge was difficult when you were replacing your damaged wristband. Next time, call me and I will happily handle it for you. I will be mentioning this to the Condo Association Assistant. I appreciate your feedback very much. It was a pleasure working with you.
