Large 3bedroom 2full bathroom Condo with expansive views from your private deck!! Here you will find tons of living space, large bedrooms with plenty of room to hang out together and plenty of space to spread out for some privacy too!!

This condo sleeps up to 9 people comfortably!! With a King, Queen, Full, and 3 twin beds. The Primary Bedroom has a King bed, a private bathroom with a tub and a huge walk in closet too! The 2nd bedroom is bright and well appointed with a comfy Queen bed for you! The 3rd bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk Bed and sleeps up to 4 people with a Full Bed, and Two Twin Beds too! In the living room you will find a semi-private sleeping area with a Twin bed tucked away in an alcove!! The large hallway bathroom has a closet to store your toiletries and towels and there is a large laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience!

The large open concept living room, dining room and kitchen gets plenty of sunlight with breakfast nook table that has a view of the park right next door!! Large table in the dining room seats 6, and kitchen island seats 2 and the breakfast nook table seats 2!

Out on the deck just off the living area enjoy the amazing views, warm sunlight and comfortable seating!

Centrally located close to everything that you want to do and see this condo is between the two main amusement piers so all the rides are close-by!! Only two blocks to the beach and boardwalk on a quiet residential street where you can get to where you want to go fast and easy!! Enjoy a morning bike ride on the boardwalk or an evening stroll! Joy the property manager is a pleasure to communicate with. This home is beautiful, updated, and very clean. Close to boardwalk, beach and restaurants. The only concern is the driveway is tight, so if u drive a p/u truck I would consider bringing a different vehicle if possible since the neighbor downstairs also has a p/u truck and it’s very difficult to have two large vehicles on the property simultaneously.

Had A Blast!

We came down for the Beach Blast Soccer Tournament .The property was lovely, spacious &close to the boardwalk, amusement piers & most importantly our assigned playing fields. Hoping you will have rental availability next June and the tournament.

Nice place.

Nice place. Close to beach. A little disappointed that the TV went bad in the living room and ended up with a much smaller one. Would have been better if they took one out of the rooms because those were bigger than the one we were left with.

Great property for family with teens

Everything was great regarding our stay. One minor maintenance issue we did have was quickly and painlessly resolved with a call and five minute visit for repair. Very nice to see that kind of service during our stay. Location was convenient for walking to the boardwalk and easy beach access as well. Central to everything we wanted to see and do. One small difference in the listing versus actual as found- one of the bedrooms is supposed to have a queen bed per the listing, but it was a full mattress. It didn’t impact us at all for our group stay, but it should be clarified in the listing.

Great Location

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was wonderful - we could walk to the beach, the boardwalk, nice restaurants, convenience stores, and an ACME. We were disappointed, however, n the accuracy of some of the description of the property; one BR indicated there was a queen bed, but it was only a full bed. The third BR indicated a bunk bed with two singles. There was only the top bunk, and one mattress on the floor underneath the lower bunk bed. The third single was in the living room. Also, we were anticipating a park that the kids could play in, but in was only a small grassy area. Unfortunately, the water heater needed to be fixed while we were there (5 of us had to take cold showers) and one of the toilets did not flush properly all the time. To be fair, the water heater was repaired within about four hours after we called. In addition, the refrigerator door didn't close properly and we had to continually use two existing straps to keep the door closed. The deck was nice, and the furniture was comfortable.

Wildwood vacation

We enjoyed the rental very much. A few messages on central air thermostat screen showing a cooling problem and the temperature increasedby 6 degrees. Photos were emailed to the office and were unanswered. The problem resolved itself. Everything else was good

Nice place close to boardwalk

Overall it was a great place to stay. Good location. The only complaint was the refrigerator was broken at the seal and I reported it and it was not fixed. Our food was not as cold as it should have been. Someone came to fix the smoke detector and I had him look at it and then nothing. Again it was a nice place to stay. They pictured chairs and a beach wagon to carry your beach gear in the garage to use. Only chairs were there to use which was a great option but I wish the beach wagon was there as pictured. Overall a nice place to stay.

End of July visit 2024

Great property - easy and smooth communications with all involved. Nice location - close to boardwalk and also close to eats off the boardwalk. Clean, comfortable, huge garage, everything I expected. I hope this is available for my next visit.

Nice home

Overall this home was a nice place to stay while visiting Wildwood. We had some trouble with our hot water tank but after a phone call to the office, it was fixed rather quickly. In addition, the smoke detector was chirping and maintanance was there promply to replace the batteries. As per the site description/photos, we expected a beach wagon to be available, but it was not. Otherwise, great house. This is the first VRBO I have stayed in that required you bring all your own bedding, towels etc. That is a pain for traveling, but I noticed that it seems to be that way in this area.

Great place…would stay again.

The place was exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. Plenty of room, clean, owners were helpful, close to a lot of things and at a good price.
