Welcome to what we refer to as “The Nest” Inn. So close to everything, yet so quiet and peaceful. This newly rebuilt 3Bd/2Ba home with all new appliances and furniture is on a quiet residential street, with easy access to interstate & shopping. Perfect for travel nurses, business/corporate travelers, couples, families, or any other getaway! A short 15 minutes from ATL airport, 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Atlanta Aquarium, Atlanta Restaurants, Night life and shopping.
The space
Open floor plan first floor which includes a living room, kitchen with large island and seating, and a dinning room. Total eating seating is 8 between dining table and island. There is a bonus living space off the dining area.

The main living room has a sleeper couch (green) and a TV with Roku for streaming your personal channels. There is no cable.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms, each with Queen beds, dresser, nightstand and ample closet space. These 2 bedrooms are separated with the main floor bathroom which has a shower/tub combo and single sink.

The entire 2nd Floor is a private Master Suite retreat with a King Bed, dresser, full master bath with dual sinks and a large shower. There is a master closet and a separate seating area with blackout shade and drapes.
Guest access
Access is to the entire home with the exception of the garage for parking. Parking is in the driveway.

The washer and dryer is accessible from the door between the kitchen and the rear bonus living area. Please ensure to keep that door locked.
Other things to note
Home can be booked up to 8 guests max. Please advise of the name and number of guests at time of booking via the messaging in the app. Any changes must be disclosed and approved.
