I’d have to say that our stay was just okay. The positives: the house was cute and well decorated. The yard was mostly clean with a good size yard for my dog. The fence was secure in every side. The bathrooms were nice. It was walkable to the beach. Nice homes on either side so we felt safe. The primary mattress was very comfortable. There was a streaming tv in the living room that worked. Unfortunately there were some things that didn’t work well for us: there were a ton of cigarette butts left in the chair out back. There was only one small pit and one small sauce pot for cooking and only one small baking dish and no serving plates or bowls. There were also no steak knives. This left us challenged when cooking and we had to get creative. The chairs in the living room were pretty dingy. The front door was hard to open and auto locks - so make sure you have your code on you! The guest mattress’s are very hard-but that’s preference so some might find them comfortable. Dishes were left in the dishwasher So we had to put them away. There were only two extra blankets and not enough bath towels. There were no TVs in the guest rooms. Finally, we didn’t receive any checkout instructions. This might seem like a picky list but we stay in vacation homes quite often so I’m just pointing out things that are always included in every place we’ve stayed at previously.
