House was in a horrible neighborhood, our fault for not doing any background checks on it. House was filled with ants, everything was much smaller than how they looked in photos, hottub was gone, and the pool was filthy.

We had a fantastic time in this place. It really does look like the photos. Love the big backyard on the lake. Everything was clean and met our expectations.

A wonderful experience

Very gratefulVery grateful, the host helped to organize the best wedding ceremony for us, so beautiful and the view unforgettable! Lovely outdoor space, we did a morning meditation and yoga there. Inside was also very pretty and clean. We appreciated the amount of appliances in the kitchen which made it easy for our group to prepare meals, coffee, etc. It was more than we expected, I definitely recommend if you planing to visit miami.

Love the house, Very relaxing and comfortable. Had some ants but the spray they had stop it jus like that….. Great customer service, the good out do the bad.

House was cozy, Theatre room was great. The backyard was a mess, but could be attributed to the historic rains that the area saw while we were staying. Overall it was a pretty positive experience.

On the pictures, the house looks bigger and cleaner. When we arrived, we were surprised by how small are the rooms. The whole house was unclean and smells. Mattresses are very old and uncomfortable. Swimming pool is very very small. The spa wasn't even working. I really don't reccommend it to anyone. It is not worth the price listed.

Here's a terrible review based on your description: --- **"Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!"** I can't believe how misleading the pictures of this place are. The house is **TINY** compared to what was shown online. We were shocked when we arrived. The pool was disgusting—and filthy. No way anyone could swim in that! To make matters worse, the code to enter the house didn’t work. We were locked out **THREE times** and had to wait outside for hours trying different codes. It was an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

xtremely Disappointing Stay at “House of Dior” – Urgent Attention Needed

My family and I recently stayed at the property listed on VRBO as the “House of Dior.” Unfortunately, our experience was far from what was advertised and left us extremely disappointed and frustrated.Upon arrival at approximately 4:30 PM (after the listed 4:00 PM check-in time), we were surprised to find the cleaning staff still present and actively cleaning the property. This raised immediate concerns about the level of preparedness and professionalism.The front yard was visibly neglected, with overgrown grass that had clearly not been maintained. It was only after our complaint that someone was sent to quickly mow the lawn.Upon entering the home, we were met with several major issues:•No main living room area, as shown in the online listing photos. There was nowhere for our family to gather comfortably.•Both bathrooms were visibly unclean. The showers had not been properly cleaned, forcing us all to wear shower shoes. Additionally, the shower curtains did not reach the floor, resulting in water flooding the bathroom floors, creating a dangerous slipping hazard.•Infestation of ants. Within the first hour of our stay, my son placed a bottle of water on the nightstand in the room with three beds, only to find it quickly covered in ants. Ants were also found crawling across the floors and kitchen counters, despite our best efforts to clean with our own Clorox wipes (since no cleaning supplies were prov

Property is a disaster

We were told check in was at 3 by the host and had to wait outside the house in the pouring rain for an hour as I tried to communicate back and forth with the host. When we finally got in there was water all over the kitchen floor and part of the ceiling was completely hanging off due to severe water damage. All the cushions were horribly moldy, the wood panel floors were not at all put in properly causing large gap between pieces that was not shown on the listing and a really bad tripping hazard. The host said that “maintenance” would come and fix the leakvery soon, and only offered a small reimbursement. We ended up contacting Vrbo and ultimately leaving the property as the whole process went on the host became less and less communicative and flat out ignored my messages and calls. We stayed there for all of 2 hours and it was a nightmare, the maintenance didn’t end up coming until 9:30 which I was told to let in the house after I explicitly told the host we had left the property. This property should not even be listed on Vrbo as it is completely inaccurate with a large amount of hazards.

Great potential

We stayed at the Dior house for 5 nights recently (Saturday-Thursday). The place has incredible potential, however, we were really disappointed once we arrived. I wrote the owner 10 days ago about our experience and still have not received a reply, so I am writing this review in order to let other potential guests know "some" of the issues we had. The house was still being cleaned when we showed up 40 minutes after the check-in time. The house was not properly cleaned and the owner was originally responsive in wanting to get someone back out to clean it, however, the responsiveness stopped completely within one day of arriving. The cleaners showed up Monday morning at 9am and we were completely unaware they were coming. The back yard was a mess when we arrived, but I believe there was a storm earlier in the day so that's somewhat understandable. The hot tub NEVER got hot, the beds were horribly uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and old, the doors to the bedrooms are not hung properly and are VERY difficult to open and close. The blinds are missing pieces in the living room and in the bathroom (in the shower, nonetheless). There were only 6 towels (one for each of us), but no wash cloths, hand towels, or kitchen towels. The 4th bedroom is simply a room located off of the back porch that has a sofa and a projector. We were never able to get the sound to work so we never spent any time in that room, however, I would caution on planning to use this as a 4th bedroom.
