As our guest, you will have access to the entire home, except for the basement and garage. Three of the bedrooms are situated upstairs for privacy and comfort. The first bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom offers two twin beds, and the third bedroom boasts a queen bed. Additionally, there is a ground floor bed room featuring a single bed with a trundle. For your convenience, there is a full bathroom upstairs, another one on the main level, and a beautiful new outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Our house is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay even on the hottest days, and there is plenty of parking available for your vehicles. On the main level, you'll find a smart TV where you can easily log in to your preferred streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and basic cookware and utensils. We provide all linens and towels, but kindly ask you to bring your own beach towels. To get you started, we offer a starter pack with a single roll of paper towel, toilet paper, and a trash bag.

House rules to keep everybody's stay enjoyable!
1. No smoking/vaping/or drug use (including marijuana); Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the house. There is a $500 fine assessed on top of additional cleaning fees for any evidence of smoking or drug use.
2. No parties/events: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful enjoyment. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.
3. No pets on furniture: If you're bringing your furry friend along, kindly ensure they stay off the furniture to maintain cleanliness and prevent damage. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort. Please pick up after your dog and your dog must be on leash or in voice control while on the property.
4. Respect quiet hours: Please be considerate of the neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Avoid excessive noise or loud activities during this time. No fireworks allowed per state law.
5. Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 adults. Please do not exceed this limit. Additional children are allowed but you must provide your own cribs/toddler beds.
6. Keep the property clean: Please maintain cleanliness during your stay. Clean up after yourself and leave the house in the same condition as you found it. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or untidy.
7. Use appliances and amenities responsibly: All appliances and amenities in the house are for guest use. Please handle them with care and follow any instructions provided. Report any malfunctions or damages immediately.
8. Dispose of trash properly: Use designated trash bins and recycling containers provided on the property. Ensure that all trash is securely bagged and properly disposed of.
9. Parking guidelines: Please park only in designated areas and avoid blocking driveways or impeding access for neighbors. Additional parking instructions can be provided if necessary.
10. Respect the property and neighborhood: Treat the house and its surroundings with respect. Do not engage in any illegal activities on the premises. Be mindful of noise, littering, and be considerate of the local community.
11. Follow check-in/check-out instructions: Adhere to the agreed-upon check-in and check-out times. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated if requested in advance and subject to availability.
