• Quiet hours in Joshua Tree are from 10pm to 8am.
• Box on the Rox maintains 3 security cameras on property located on the front entry gate, front RING doorbell, and rear of the property. No cameras are inside the home. No cameras are pointed at the home, patio or front yard for guest privacy.
• No more than 6 guests can be at the property
• No parties
• No smoking or vaping or drug use
