A Warm and Cozy Retreat in the Heart of Scottsdale
Location! Location! Location! In the heart of Scottsdale, right across from Fashion Square Mall with its internationally famous stores and just a short walk to Old Scottsdale! Great place for snowbirds to come in out of the cold.
Dining, Shopping, Museums, Movies, and a chance to revisit the “Wild West” are all within walking distance of this recently remodeled, inviting, second story condo. Since the owners live there for part of the year, it is well taken care of and constantly updated. The condo sleeps four to five people with two roomy bedrooms and two full size bathrooms. The master bedroom with its connecting bathroom has a queen size bed, large closet, and a small TV with cable access. The second bedroom has a full size bed, a twin bed and a good size closet. The quiet, serene atmosphere of the condo complex makes it easy to get a good night’s sleep.
The kitchen has also been updated and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook a family size meal if you wish. The living area is large and open. There is a 42 inch HD TV, cable access, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, WIFI access, and even a book case with a selection of books. The couch in the living area pulls out to a full size bed. The dining table is set for four but will seat six. There is a tree shaded balcony with a table and two chairs.
This charming condo is clean, welcoming and comfortable. It is a home away from home for the owners who hope you will feel this way too. In the complex there are four beautiful pool areas with tables and chairs, barbeque grills, and palm trees to enjoy. A covered parking spot is available with plenty of visitor parking adjacent. Laundry facilities are in the complex and close to the apartment.
Whether you are visiting family, seeing all the sights in Scottsdale and the surrounding area, golfing, hiking up Camelback Mountain or relaxing by the pool, we believe that you will think of this as a perfect place to recuperate from all of your adventures so you can begin them anew the next day.

Roy and Mary Berger, when not visiting family in Scottsdale, live in Dayton, Ohio.
After purchasing the condo in the Fall of 2010, Roy and Mary remodeled and furnished it to be a home away from home. Besides the wonderful location of this condo in the heart of Scottsdale, Roy and Mary have family including two grandchildren that draw them frequently to the area.

We love walking to the shops, restaurants, museums, and cultural activities that you find throughout downtown Scottsdale. We also enjoy exploring the beautiful scenery. While the rest of the country is blanketed in snow and freezing rain, we can always find something to do that will allow us to enjoy the great climate.

The pool area at Camelback House is wonderfully maintained and beautifully landscaped. There are grills, and tables and chairs set up so you can enjoy the palm trees, flowering bushes, and warm weather.
