Bathrooms: Both full bathrooms are newly renovated, featuring premium Grohe fixtures and offering crisp, clean spaces. One is equipped with a refreshing rain shower head. Perfect for washing away the day's adventures.
The Lemonade Porch: Start your mornings with coffee or end your day with a hot toddy on the sun-drenched enclosed porch, offering peaceful views of the quiet street.

The brand-new Chef's Kitchen is a centerpiece of the home, designed and equipped for those who love to cook. No detail has been overlooked:

Guest access
Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire farmhouse and the full one-acre property.
Hassle-free parking is available for 3 vehicles in the private driveway. Self check-in is seamless via a smart lock; your unique, private code will be sent to you 24 hours before arrival.
Your access includes the full interior of the home, the lemonade porch, and the outdoor area with the fire pit. There are no shared spaces on the property.

Other things to note
Our home was built in 1900 and is full of the authentic character and charm that comes with a historic property. To ensure you have a wonderful and safe stay, please be mindful of a few of its unique quirks:
1. Historic Staircase: As is common in homes of this era, the stairs are a bit steeper and narrower than modern standards. Please use the handrail and watch your step.
2. Cozy Radiator Heat: The house is heated by classic steam radiators, which provide a wonderful, radiant warmth. Like any heating element, the surfaces can get quite hot to the touch. Please be mindful, especially with children.
3. Wood Stove: The wood stove is a fantastic feature for creating a cozy atmosphere. We provide clear instructions for its safe operation. For the safety of everyone, please do not leave the fire unattended and ensure children are supervised when it is in use.
4. Winter Access (Nov - Mar): The farmhouse is beautifully situated atop a small hill. While our driveway is professionally plowed, winter in the Catskills can bring unpredictable ice and snow. A vehicle with All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4-Wheel Drive (4WD) is recommended for winter bookings for your safety and convenience.
5. Potential for Wildlife: This is the Catskills! You may be lucky enough to spot deer, turkeys, or even a bear. Please do not leave food or trash outside and be mindful of your surroundings. Trash bins must be secured with the provided bungees.
