The property is equipped with modern amenities and offers private access to the water, including a shallow, sandy area and deeper waters accessible via the private dock. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely peaceful lakeside cottage with amazing views over Panther Pond. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants in Raymond, Windham and Naples. Clean and well-kept. Dishwasher and washer and dryer much appreciated. Although the lake is close, the entry to the water is uneven and rocky. A handrail on the steps down to the lake would make this place darn near perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! House was clean and comfortable, everything we needed was available to use. We were very pleased! The one thing that would have been better is it would have been nice to have a railing down to the water. My elderly parents who were with us had a difficult time getting down the steps. Other than that, everything was perfect!

This lake house had very nice updates and everything needed was supplied. Our favorite things were the closeness of access to the lake, the view of Panther Pond, & the appliances provided inside, as well as the proximity of how close this house is to Windham, Raymond, & Naples.
