A great couples getaway, this intimate, den-like vacation home is the perfect backdrop for a low-key, romantic getaway. Pool and a hot tub. Free Garage and onsite parking.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.

Starter supplies provided- coffee filters, paper towel roll, 2 trash bags, 2 TP per bathroom, small dish soap, liquid hand soap, small bath soap, small shampoo. For safety reasons no food items are provided in the condo. We do not leave food items in the condo for safety reasons.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
A rental agreement is required and will be sent to you for digital signature after booking.
All guests must adhere to the rules of the building.
