The Space:

Discover your perfect Chicago retreat in this stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home, ideally located in the heart of vibrant Wicker Park. This stylish residence is perfect for families, groups of friends, or colleagues looking for a comfortable and sophisticated base to experience the city.



Step into a warm, inviting atmosphere where an open-concept design seamlessly connects the living, dining, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The home is thoughtfully designed with private and communal spaces spread across two levels.



Layout & Bedrooms

Main Level: Features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. An additional half bathroom is also located on this floor for convenience.

Lower Level: Here you will find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a dedicated office space perfect for remote work.



Flexible Sleeping Arrangements

Every bedroom is a private retreat equipped with its own TV. We offer flexible setups to accommodate up to 7 guests.

Standard Setup (5 Beds): Two King beds, one Queen bed, and two Twin XL beds.

Expanded Setup (7 Beds): For larger groups, the two King bedrooms can be reconfigured into rooms with two Twin XL beds each.



Entertainment & Outdoor Living

Movie Room: Host an unforgettable movie night in the cozy movie room, featuring an 85-inch smart TV. For the musically inclined, the room also includes an elegant electric baby grand piano.

Private Deck: Step outside onto your private, furnished back deck to unwind with your morning coffee or an evening drink.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 4-bedroom home. This includes all interior spaces, the dedicated office, the movie room, and the private furnished back deck. Main access is through the front gate.



The Neighborhood:

Sprawling West Town contains a busy stretch of West Chicago Avenue, dotted with New American restaurants and cafes. The Wicker Park area is known for cool global dining, live music bars, and boutiques, while in the Ukrainian Village, the Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art hosts varied cultural events. Featuring a lagoon with a beach, Humboldt Park is also home to the National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture.



Getting Around:

CTA “L” trains & buses: The CTA is the fastest way to get downtown and to O’Hare (Blue Line). Buy a single-ride or 1-/3-day Ventra pass in the Ventra app or tap contactless on trains/buses. - 10 min walk to and from the house, via the Blue Line

Blue Line: Direct to downtown and O’Hare — convenient for airport trips (about 15–25 minutes to downtown by train depending on line and 10 min walk to and from the house)

Metra: Good for suburban destinations and some downtown commutes — check schedules for route specifics.

Rideshares & taxis: Uber/Lyft and local taxis are widely available for short trips or nights out.

Bike & scooter: Divvy/Citi Bike and dockless e-scooters operate in Chicago — great for short trips and around the neighborhood.

Driving & parking: Street parking and paid lots vary by block; always check local signage. Consider rideshare if you don’t want to hunt for parking. Our house has free street parking out front if staying less than 30 days

Walking: (My Favorite!) The best part of being in Chicago, our house and neighborhood is walkable with shops, coffee, parks, music, bars, etc and restaurants nearby.

Apps to recommend: Ventra (CTA), Google Maps (Use the public transportation option) or Citymapper for transit planning, Uber/Lyft, Divvy/Citi Bike, and ParkChicago or SpotHero for parking.
